Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure that dirty components in bath water are hardly deposited and remove the dirty components, by a construction wherein a non-sticky coated layer is provided on the inner surface of a bath heater heat exchanger, a water pipe is provided with a bypass, and a pump and a filter are provided in the bypass circuit. CONSTITUTION:The non-sticky coated layer 10 is provided on the surface of the heat exchanger 1 on the side of contact with bath water, the water pipe 3 for the heat exchanger is provided with the bypass 7, and the pump 8 and the filter 9 are provided in the bypass circuit to circulate water therethrough. Accordingly, deposition of the dirty components characteristic of the bath heater is prevented from occurring, heat-exchanging surfaces and a bathtub are constantly maintained to be clean, and it is possible to take a clean and comfortable bath for a long period of time. Sine deposition of dirts or scales on the heat-exchanging surfaces can be prevented, the bath can be heated up speedily, leading to a saving of fuel cost. Further, circulation of water in the bathtub and the heat exchanger is made to be favorable.

However, these bathtub cleaning agents tend to corrode the heat exchange metal surface, ie, the copper metal surface, after cleaning, and are still unsatisfactory for the purpose of prolonging the life of the bathtub and increasing thermal efficiency. Furthermore, the dispersion stability of the detergent itself is also unsatisfactory.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention involves forming a non-adhesive coating layer on the surface of the bath pot heat exchange surface that comes into contact with the bath water to modify the inner wall surface thereof, and A bypass is provided in the water pipe path of the exchanger, and a pump and filter are placed in the bypass circuit to circulate the bath water. By actively removing dirt while circulating it through the filter layer, the heat exchange surface, as well as the adhesion of various dirt components, are suppressed and the bath water is always kept clean without being contaminated. This provides comfort and prevents a decrease in heat exchange efficiency.

In the figure, a heat exchanger 1 is provided with fins 2 having a partial pitch, and is connected to a bathtub 6 through a circulation pipe 3. A heat exchanger 1 having a non-adhesive coating layer 10 formed on its inner wall surface is housed in a can body 5 together with a cage 4 disposed below. A bipan pipe 7 is provided in the water pipe path of the heat exchanger 1, and together with a circulation pump 8 and a filter 9, a bypass circuit is configured.

With this configuration, the heat exchanger 1 is heated by the combustion of the burner 4, and the water in the bathtub 6 is naturally circulated through the circulation pipe 3 and undergoes heat exchange and becomes hot water for bathing. At this time, the bath water becomes quite dirty as dirt, proteins, body fat, Ca, Mg ions, soap, etc. from the body are dissolved in the bath water.

Furthermore, if the bath water is left unattended after bathing, bacteria in the bath water will multiply using organic matter as nutrients, and the products produced when these bacteria decompose the organic matter will further promote staining. As this process is repeated daily, it gradually accumulates on heat exchange surfaces and the like. As a result, the heat exchange efficiency is reduced as described above. In addition, some of the accumulated dirt may peel off and float in the bathtub or bath water, making the water dirty or adhering to the body, impairing the comfort and cleanliness of the bath, which is a sanitary issue. However, in the present invention, the heat exchange surface on the side that comes into contact with the bath water is formed with a non-adhesive coated surface, so there is no adhesion of dirt, scale, etc. on the wall surface, and the surface is always clean. Since it can be done on a clean surface, there is no decrease in heat exchange efficiency.

In addition, the various dirt components brought into the bathtub are circulated through the filter layer of the bypass circuit, completely preventing dirt and turbidity of the bath water itself and keeping the bath water clean at all times.

For example, if a pump or filter is placed directly on the pipe connecting the bathtub and bath kettle, if the filter becomes clogged, the circulation of bath water through the inlet and outlet pipes will be significantly impaired, causing abnormal heating and bumping. Undesirable. In the case of a bypass circuit, this does not occur and even if clogging occurs, the circulation in the bypass circuit will only deteriorate and there will be no problem with the circulation between the bathtub and the bathtub.

As long as the pressure is detected and can be monitored from the control panel, there will be no practical problems with clogging of the filter.

Effective stain prevention can only be achieved by forming a non-adhesive coating layer on the surface that comes into contact with bath water, and combining this method with circulating the bath water and treating it with a filter. In other words, if only circulation treatment is used, dirt, scale, etc. will settle and adhere to the heat exchange surface when the heat exchanger is operated at night, resulting in dirt.
Although it does not stick to the walls, the stains and turbidity of the bath water become worse. Therefore, by using these in combination, it is possible to prevent the bathtub from becoming dirty as described above.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention forms a non-adhesive coating layer on the surface that comes into contact with bath water, further provides a bypass in the path of the heat exchanger water pipe, and installs a pump and a filter in this bypass circuit. By arranging and circulating the bathtub, there is no adhesion of various dirt components peculiar to bathtubs, and the heat exchange surface and bathtub are always kept clean, allowing you to take a clean and comfortable bath for a long period of time. It has high practical value, as it prevents dirt and slime from adhering to the heat exchange surface, allowing the bath to dry quickly, leading to savings in fuel consumption, and improving water circulation between the bathtub and the heat exchanger.
