In addition, when a halogen compound and antimony trioxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, etc. are blended into polyolefin, a large amount is required, and the obtained This deteriorates the tensile properties, processing properties, etc. of the flame-retardant composition, and the appearance of the molded product tends to be poor, which limits its application and range of use, and its widespread use cannot be expected.

。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention consists of a chlorinated polyurethane 30-F0 heavy-weight part with a chlorine content of 25% by weight or more and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a vinyl acetate content of 45% by weight or less. 70 to 30 parts by weight of 0 phosphoric acid ester compounds
.. It is characterized by the addition of 5 to 20 weight areas.

The reason why the content is set at more than 25% by weight is that if the content is less than 25% by weight, the flammability and flexibility of i4 will decrease. Also EV
The reason why the VA content of A is set to 45% by weight or less is that if the VA content exceeds 45% by weight, the mechanical properties and electrical properties will be significantly reduced.

This is because if it exceeds 0 parts by weight, the flame retardance will be poor, and if it is less than 30 parts by weight, the heat resistance will be poor.

This is because if it is less than .5 parts by weight, the smoking suppression effect will be small, and if it is more than 20 parts by weight, the heat resistance and thermal stability will be poor.
