Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a highly digestible feed, etc., for domestic animal, economically in a short time, by immersing the shell of peanuts in an indirectly heated hot oil, heating and stirring while reducing the pressure to effect the dehydration of the shell and the softening of the fibrous texture, and removing the oil component by centrifugal separation, etc. CONSTITUTION:The shell of peanuts is heated at about 60-90 deg.C by using an indirectly heated hot oil as the thermal medium while reducing the pressure. The water in the texture of the shell is substituted with the hot oil, and the water is evaporated by this dehydration process. Furthermore, the hot oil impregnated in the tissue is made to contact with the water in the tissue to promote the dehydration. The hot oil is impregnated deep into the texture, and the fibrous texture in the tissue is softened in high efficiency. After removing the oil component in the tissue by centrifugal separation, the residual oil is removed by extracting with a deoiling agent such as n-hexane. A high-quality feed or a food additive, etc. free from the problem of dyspepsia of the animal can be prepared by this process.

(C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention Therefore, when processing peanuts, the transportation costs, fuel costs, etc. when disposing of and incinerating a large amount of peanut shells are large, and on the other hand, when producing feed etc. It takes a long time to process, the fibers are difficult to soften, and the waste can easily cause indigestion. Also, if the waste contains fats and oils, these are not removed and the product deteriorates. It induced rancidity and was difficult to store for a long time.

(d) Means for solving the problem In the present invention, peanut shells are heated in a closed container while reducing the pressure using heating oil as a heating medium, and in the initial depressurization process, the shells are heated under a small reduced pressure condition, Next, by applying a large vacuum, the water in the raw material is dehydrated, the fat content is extracted, and the fibers are softened. After that, the oil content is removed by centrifugation and normal hexane extraction, and the peanut shells are processed at low cost and in a short time. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing feed etc. from peanut shells, which can be processed in the industry, is safe for livestock without causing indigestion, and can be stored for a long period of time.

(E) Effect According to the present invention, the peanut shell is heated under reduced pressure using heating oil as a heat medium, so that the heating oil can efficiently remove moisture in the structure of the peanut shell in a short time and heat the oil. The heated oil permeates into the tissue and transpires while being replaced, and the heated oil comes into contact with the water in the tissue, making it possible to achieve even more efficient dehydration processing.

(F) Effects According to the present invention, the water in the membrane of peanuts can be efficiently dehydrated, making it possible to turn them into animal feed in a short time and at low cost.Furthermore, since the fat content is also removed, there is no risk of rancidity. It can be stored for a long time without causing any indigestion, and since the fibers are softened, it is possible to produce high-quality feed that does not cause indigestion for livestock.

The reduced pressure treatment is carried out under a small reduced pressure condition, that is, a reduced pressure of 10 to 2011 mHg, for the initial 30 minutes after immersion of the raw material, and the oil is heated to promote water evaporation in the raw material for dehydration, and then 740 to 75011111 H! Depressurize it to approx. 60
The water content is dehydrated to a degree of about 3 to 6%. By heating under reduced pressure in the oil, the moisture in the raw material is replaced by the heated oil, so that the fibers in the raw material are uniformly and sufficiently softened by the action of the heated oil that has penetrated into the fibers in the raw material.

According to the present invention, the peanut shells are dehydrated by heat treatment with oil, and the pressure reduction is performed in two stages during heating, so the moisture contained in the raw material is quickly dehydrated. By replacing the moisture in the peanut membrane with the heating oil, the heating oil sufficiently penetrates into the fibers in the peanut membrane, and the fibers are uniformly and sufficiently softened. It is easy to perform oil removal treatment and pulverization treatment as necessary, and when used as feed, good digestion can be achieved.
