There is a method of attaching a predetermined length of film vertically to the winding bundle by tightening or tying the tightening string.

After the plastic film is attached to the wire, the winding bundle to which the plastic film is attached is heated to shrink the attached plastic film. In this case, it is desirable to use a plastic film that has a small shrinkage rate in the width direction and a shrinkage rate in the longitudinal direction that is about 10 to 13 times thicker than that in the width direction.
It is also desirable to select a width such that when it is attached to the winding bundle and contracted, its side edges are slightly inside the inner diameter of the winding bundle.

The wire bundle 1 is wrapped and fixed on its outer periphery and both sides with a wrapper 2 made of heat-shrinkable plastic, for example, a polyethylene film. It is formed as follows. A predetermined amount of wire is wound into a predetermined shape using a winding device, and the appropriately bundled wire bundle 1 is placed in an upright state on the table of the bundle delivery device 3, as shown in FIG. . On the table of the device 3 is a guide 3 that holds the winding bundle 1 in a standing position.
The winding bundle 1 can be transferred onto the conveyor 5 by actuation of the pusher 31. The conveyor 5 is operated after the winding bundle 1 is fitted with a wrapper 21 made of a heat-shrinkable plastic film, and is configured to transport the winding bundle 1 onto the following conveyor 5 and then stop.

This sealing device 4 is activated after the winding bundle 1 is supplied to the conveyor 5, and as shown in FIG. At the same time, the cutter 4 seals the two places in a line with the blade 41.
2 allows you to disconnect and return. Therefore, the leading ends of the films 22 and 23 are normally welded and connected, and when the winding bundle 1 is supplied onto the conveyor 5, the films 22 and 23 are pushed by the winding bundle 1 and pulled out one after another. It is attached vertically so as to cover the outer periphery of the wire bundle 1. The conveyor 6 following the conveyor 5 passes through a heating device 7 equipped with heating means using hot air, and conveys the placed winding bundle 11 in a standing state, and heats the winding bundle 11 for a certain period of time. It can be heated to a predetermined temperature.

23 has a width approximately equal to the outer circumference of the winding bundle 1, which has a small contraction rate in the width direction, a contraction rate in the longitudinal direction that is about 10 times thicker than that in the width direction, and is shown in FIG. Set the winding bundle l so that it is located at the center in the width direction. In this state, when the pusher 31 is operated to transfer the winding bundle 1 to the conveyor 5 side, the winding bundle 1 moves forward while pulling out the films 22 and 23, and reaches a predetermined position on the conveyor 5 as shown in FIG. It is placed in the position of

2.23 tips are welded together. After this conveyor 5
When activated, the winding bundle 11 with the package 21 attached is transferred to the conveyor 6, passes through the heating device 7 while standing, and is heated, so the package 21 is thermally shrunk and becomes the winding bundle. It is fixed to the winding bundle 1 in a state in which the outer periphery of the wire bundle 1 is closely covered, and both side edges are bent to cover both sides of the winding bundle 1 as shown in FIG.

The inner periphery of the winding bundle 12 may be covered with a piece of paper having a predetermined length and width. In that case, the piece of paper may be shaped into a cylinder in advance to match the inner diameter of the winding bundle 1.

In addition, when pulling out a wire from the winding bundle according to the present invention, it is not necessary to unwrap the wire as the ends of the wire can be easily pulled out from inside the bundle without losing its shape by untying the bundle.

Attach it to 0mm wire bundle 1, and leave the bundle upright with a length of about 1.
When the winding bundle 12 was passed through a 7 m hot air heating furnace at a speed of 2.5 to 3 m/mm, the wire bundle 12 was covered and fixed with the wrapping body 2 without wrinkles or sag in the side lines.

利点もある。As is clear from the above explanation, two heat-shrinkable plastic films with a large shrinkage rate in the longitudinal direction are used, and a winding bundle is placed between the two films so that the films are vertically attached to the outer periphery. This method heats the winding bundle to which the film is attached after it has been attached, causing the attached film to shrink due to heat, so there is no wastage of film, and packaging work can be continued for long periods of time, greatly improving packaging work efficiency. At the same time, the cohesiveness of the packaging is increased, and deformation during transportation can be completely prevented. Further, since the wire can be pulled out from inside the bundle, which is the starting end of the wire, there is also the advantage that there is no need to unwrap it.
