他端部に上記長孔に摺動自在かつ嵌脱自在に嵌合する脱
着ピンを有するリンクと、上記リンクを脱着ピンが長孔
と嵌合する方向に付勢するバネとを備え、上記ハネの付
勢力は開閉体が全開位置付近では開き方向に作用し、全
閉位置付近では閉まり方向に作用するようにしたことを
特徴とする脱着式開閉体のバランサ装置。
