    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸受ハウジングに回転自由にタービンロータ軸を支持す
    るフローティグ軸受とスラスト軸受とを備えたターボチ
    ャージャにおいて、前記各軸受と軸受ハウジング並びに
    タービンロータ軸との相互の回転摺接面をセラミクスで
    形成するとともに、前記各軸受部に潤滑剤としての水を
    循環供給する水循環系統を設けたことを特徴とするター
    ボチャージャ装置。
