とフランジ部の巻締めを行い、巻締め終了後は前記リフ
ターグレートを下降せしめ、缶体を前記リフターグレー
ト上から取外して内容物を缶体内に収納した後、再び凹
凸部付きのフランジ部側を上にした状態で前記缶体をリ
フタープレート上に載せ、さらに前記凹凸部付きフラン
ジ部上に別の蓋体を載置した後、前記リフタープレート
を上昇せしめ前記蓋体とフランツの凹凸部による隙間を
利用して缶体内の脱気およびガス封入を行い、然る後シ
ーミングローラーにより前記蓋体とフランジ部の巻締め
を行うようにしていたものである。従って上記従来法に
よる時は脱気およびガス封入用凹凸部付きフランツの成
形と他方のフランジ部への蓋体の巻締め作業が別々の工
程で行われるため、その分作業工程が繁雑となるばかり
でなく、缶体の材質が薄くて比較的変形し易い金属板、
例えばブリキ、テンフリースチータ、アルミ等のような
ものの場合には脱気およびガス封入用凹凸部付きでない
側のフランジ部への蓋体の巻締時に凹凸部付きのフラン
ジ部側がリフタープレートの押上げ力によって圧扁され
、前記凹凸部が平坦化されて爾後の排気およびガス封入
作業に支障を来す等の欠点があった。

フタ−プレート3を回転することにより、蓋体8とフラ
ンツ部6の巻締めを行うものである。またこの時、前記
リフタープレート3上に取付けた凹凸部成形型4の押圧
力により前記筒状缶体5の他力(本実施例では下部)の
フランジ部6′には脱気およびガス封入用の凹凸部7が
形成され、ガス封入用色が製造されるものである。

であるとともに前記凹凸部が蓋体の巻締時に平坦化され
る惧れも全くないため、特に板厚が薄く(例えば0.2

もでき、その結果材料の使用範囲が広がり、省資源的に
も経済的にも極めて効果を犬なるものである。
