(Prior art) When a large number of wiring connections are required, such as internal wiring of automobiles and various other control machines, it is necessary to measure, cut, and coat the terminals of each of the many wirings with terminals. A series of processing operations such as cutting, terminal crimping, etc. must be performed, and for this purpose, the above-mentioned series of processing operations are performed by a device capable of automatically manufacturing more than 100 wires with terminals per minute. However, among the large number of terminals, there may be defective terminals that are not securely crimped to the end portion of the electric wire, resulting in poor continuity accidents. For this reason, it is necessary to inspect the crimp condition of all terminals, but in the past, there was no appropriate means that could automatically and quickly inspect the crimp condition of a large number of terminals. All wiring terminals were visually inspected. However, with this conventional visual inspection method, inspection reliability is low, it is time consuming, and the continuous terminal crimping device must be temporarily stopped, making it difficult to fully utilize the manufacturing capabilities of the device. Not only is this not possible, but since a large number of terminals are inspected at once, a large number of products with poor crimping are manufactured until a large number of terminals are assembled.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, the present invention is unreliable, takes time,
Moreover, it improves the conventional inspection method, which has the drawback of producing a large number of defective products.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention automatically determines the crimp shape and shape of each of a large number of crimp terminals at the same time as crimping them to the end portions of electric wires. It was made so that it could be done.

Both of the toggle devices 5C, I; and f' 51
.. When the pivot point 54 of 52 is pushed with the toggle 53, as both links 51 and 52 approach a straight line, a force is applied in the longitudinal direction of the link, that is, the force is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the link and the stacking direction is applied. The pushing force P increases. Assuming that the lengths of both links 51 and 52 are equal, the weight is 1
/ 2 tan θ, and this force P causes the terminal IEfl Y/J pusher 4 to move to the terminal! due to the lowering of the link 52. This is a force that pushes the terminal T on the E mount 3, and this force P is equal to the reaction force of the pivot point 58 of the other link 51 pushing the fixed part 57.

Therefore, if a device for detecting the reaction force described above is placed on the fixed portion 57, it becomes possible to determine the terminal 1 anchoring force P which is equal to the reaction force flj+ detected by the device. Therefore, the above-mentioned fixed portion 57 has the above-mentioned terminal I
A pressure transducer such as a load cell is provided as a device 8 for detecting the applied force, and the i; The terminal 11 described in Il'iJ has an appropriate indicator IZ2IO1 on the attachment force detection device 8.
For example, a meter or a device that emits an alarm 1 key at a predetermined limit value is thrown. In this way, one part of the pushing part 4 presses the terminal 11 into the terminal 1F which is lowered by the toggle device 5. Each time the terminal ↑ placed at -L is attached one by one to the wire end wood, the terminal 8 detects the crimping tip at the same time as the terminal IEr'1 is crimped.

The crimped state of the terminal T is as shown in Figure A in the second picture.
1 securely grips the terminal, and the covering gripping portion T2 securely grips the covering part to properly crimp the terminal. The part protrudes from I7, or (7 and the line grip part T1 as shown in the figure C)
Or, the covered gripping part T2 is improperly machined, or the wire is not properly processed, as in Dll, where the target M is gripping the end of the wire that has not been removed with dirt. There are seven things to consider.

In this way, if the terminal EI-: If the cultured egg is defective, the pressure of the terminal is different from the rE bonded state where the force is also good, and in the case of diagram B (J crimping force is small, C and D In the case shown in the figure, the crimping force is equal to 4c, so the output of the terminal attachment force detection device 8 that detects this crimping force is also good. End J'lE where unsuitable end 1"-1fE attachment force was detected
The wear detection device 8 immediately displays or issues an alarm, thereby making it possible to determine whether the condition of the terminal I'Jf is good or bad. In addition, the output of the terminal IF bonding force detection device 8 is manually inputted to the operation control system of the automatic terminal crimping device, so that when a defective crimped joint is detected, the operation of the automatic terminal crimping device is immediately stopped and the terminal with the defective crimping is detected. Avoid losses that would result in continuous losses.

In the embodiment described above, the terminal crimping unit 4 outputs a line of reaction force of the crimping force for crimping the terminal T to the 1st wire by the terminal crimping force detection device 8 coupled to the toggle device 5 glue/glue 51. However, a terminal crimping force detecting device 8' is installed on the terminal crimping base 3 at one distance from the terminal T to be crimped to measure the push 41 (force) received by the terminal crimping base 3 when the terminal T is crimped. It may also be detected.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is provided with a terminal crimping force detection device that detects the crimping force when crimping one wire to the terminal portion of the 16 electric wires on the terminal crimping stand. Since the terminal crimping condition is detected, it is possible to determine whether the terminal crimping condition is good or not at the same time as the terminal IE is attached. Therefore, the inspection can be performed extremely quickly, and the operating rate of the automatic terminal crimping device is much higher than before. Not only does it improve the scale, but it can also significantly increase the reliability of crimp test.

In addition, when the terminal (underwear force detection device 8 detects a defective terminal crimping device), the operation of the terminal automatic crimping device is immediately stopped.
1-, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a large +t+ loss, which would result in the production of a large number of defective terminals in succession as in the conventional case.
