説明する。The K billing method is a method in which frequency registration time intervals are determined according to the distance between callers, and frequency registration is performed at the time intervals during the call. In this charging trunk, when the called party detects this condition, it forcibly disconnects the line.
A busy tone is returned to the previous subscriber and charge registration is stopped. In conventional charging trunks, there are two known methods for disconnecting the line: a method of setting a fixed tension monitoring time, and a method of using a charging band pulse (K). Both methods are explained below.

By keeping the CH relay operating in the state where the called party has already answered, the COA relay is activated and the COA relay is activated when the PU pulse of 10 seconds is received in this case, and the AL pulse of 10 seconds is received. Then open the CO relay and perform a forced recovery. If the called party calls again within the deadline monitoring time, E
By restarting the relay, the above-mentioned COA relay is restored and the caller's detection is canceled.

Since the CH relay remains operational while the called party is already responding, the 5 counting circuit (FA-PE relay) which operates when a pulse arrives, performs an arbitrary operation, in this case KFi.
PA! At the time of J-ray recovery and PB relay operation, the COA relay operates and detects that the called party is the first caller. After that, at any time, in this case, the PA relay operates, PB! At the time of J-ray recovery, forced recovery is performed and CO relay t- is opened. When the called party calls again within an arbitrary time and the HE relay operates again, the above-mentioned COA relay is restored and the detection of the called party's first call is canceled. Thereafter, the MIJ relay is operated by the 5 counting circuit until the end of the call, and the registration is output.

(180 seconds in the case of billing band Kl), there is a drawback that the line is inefficient due to the irregular busy times and the line being held invalid during that time.

At the same time, by using a constant periodic pulse for the suspension monitoring time, the stress time of the called party can be shortened, and a disconnection circuit can be obtained for the called party which prevents the line from being held invalid.

する。The j5cOA relay is operated by the arrival of the pulse PU at a certain period (for example, 2 to 4 seconds), and it is detected that the called party is the first caller. In this case, whether the called party's status is that the called party is calling first or not, or whether the called party is in a state of being called first or not (missing the receiver, etc.)
This problem can be solved by using an AL pulse to guarantee a certain period of time. Further, charge registration is performed by operating the M relay in accordance with pulses, and the M relay is operated by the operation of the five counting relays PA-PE, that is, the PA relay operation and the PB relay operation. The operation is repeated once for each M relay count. In the present invention, for example, the charging band Kl (2
, 5 seconds), there is a risk of invalid registration, but the progress of the 5 counting circuit is temporarily stopped when the E relay is restored after the CH relay operates. This is dealt with by not allowing crop counting to occur in the holding state. Therefore, JJJK uses a constant periodic pulse to monitor the tension, and the counting circuit is temporarily stopped in an arbitrary counting state after the called party is detected, which forces the line to open and invalidates the registration. The system returns a busy tone to the calling party using a well-known method and requests the calling party to disconnect.
