PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve injection molding operation in the atmosphere of high degree-clean air by providing an air cleaning filter at the suction side or the spout side of a ventilator. CONSTITUTION:Air is introduced into a case 22 through a filter 24 by an electric motor 23, and is sent to the air chamber 2 and the tip duct 3 in a casing 1 through a connecting duct 26 at the state of very high clean degree, and then is caused to blow out downward and uniformly from the total area of a spouting outlet 4. The clean air blowing out from this spouting outlet 4 hits directly on an injection molding part, overcoming the upward air current caused by the heat from the injection molding part, whereby the dust generated from a mold is exhausted from the machine, before it adhers to the mold and a product. After the air in a clean room has been further cleaned by the air cleaning filter provided at the suction side of one ventilator, it is sent to each plastic injection molding machine. 側に設けた空気清浄用フィルタによりさらに清浄化した
上で各プラスチック射出成形機に送る構成によって送風
装置及びフィルターを共用化し、かつケーシングを簡単
にしているから、クリーンブース全体を簡単かつ安価な
ものとできる。
