縮する高さAより僅かに大きな深さBを有する溝12を
1次セードの下部とその外周に滴って設け、成形のため
の材料注入口18は雌形14の1次セードの上縁部分に
設けている。なお15a七−ドの肩部に設ける放熱穴9
のための凸状部を示している。上記金型の材料注入口1

第5図に示すように1次セード1の下端が収縮して雄型

型16は材料注入口17がパーティング部11とその近
傍に設けてあシ、したがって材料注入口17は1次セー
ド1の下端よりも僅かに上方位置するととKなる。その
ため第6図の拡大図に示すように、上記材料注入口17
から圧入された溶融合成樹脂社1次セード1の下部を雄
型2の表面に強く押しつけながら、上記1次セード1の
下端と@面とに押し流されるから、1次セードの下端を

生じるウェルドラインが上記放熱穴の上部に小さく現わ
れ、外観がすぐれた照明用二重セードを得ることができ
る。
