Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、上顎骨に上顎洞内洗浄孔を穿す穿孔器に関
する。
従来、探膿針を上顎洞内に穿刺して腔洞を洗浄し、上顎
洞蓄膿症を治療したが、これは上顎骨に探濃針を突き刺
しながらこね回して孔を穿すため、骨が不必要に大きく
欠折破損し、切り取られた骨が腔洞に嵌り込み濃及び洗
浄液の排出が円滑に行なわれない場合があり、また探濃
針を抜き取ると粘膜の切口が直ちに閉じるため再度洗浄
する際以前に穿した孔の位置が判明せず、新たに穿しな
おさねばならない場合があった。
この考案は、それらの欠点を除去するためになされたも
ので、次にこの考案の実施例を図面について説明する。
円筒１の口に切断刃２を連設し、その円筒１の底の中央
に螺旋刃３を突設した切断器５にワイヤ４の一端を固定
腰先端部を湾曲した管６の基部に取手７を固定し、ワイ
ヤ４を管６に通して切断器５を管６の先端に回転自在に
取り付け、取手７の一端に回転器８を回転自在に取り付
け、これにワイヤ４の他端を固定する。
鼻孔に切断器５を挿入して螺旋刃３を上顎骨の穿孔位置
に押し当てて回転器８を回転させると切断器５が回転し
螺旋刃３が上顎骨に捩じ込まれ切断刃２によって骨及び
粘膜が円形に切り穿され、穿孔径切断器５を鼻孔より引
き抜くと、切断された骨及び粘膜が螺旋刃３により引き
出される。
この考案は以上のように、螺旋刃３の捩じ込みによって
切断刃２が切り込まれるので穿孔が容易かつ的確に行な
われ、切断した骨と粘膜が螺旋刃３によって引き出され
るので腔洞に嵌り込むことがなく、洗浄孔が円形に開け
られているので繰り返し洗浄を行なう場合洗浄管の挿入
が容易であるなど多大の効果を有するものである。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円筒１の口に切断刃２を連設し、その円筒１の底の中央
    に螺旋刃３を突設した切断器５にワイヤ４の一端を固定
    し、先端部を湾曲した管６の基部に、取手７を固定し、
    ワイヤ４を管６に通して切断器５を管６の先端に回転自
    在に取り付け、取手７の一端に回転器８を回転自在に取
    り付け、これにワイヤ４の他端を固定したことを特徴と
    する上顎骨穿孔器。
