脂製食品容器包装等に関する自主規制基準(以下、PL
規格と呼ぶ)等に記載された配合剤の選択により無毒化
配合を確立し、通常アジピン酸エステルやアセチルクエ
ン酸トリブチル(ATBC)等が使用されてきており、
又、食品等への移行性については厚生省告示20号によ
り蒸発残留物試験法として塩ビランプの抽出規制を行っ
ているが、アジピン酸エステル等のモノメリック系二次
可塑剤をポリ塩化ビニル100重量部に対し40重量部
以上配合すると蒸発残留物試験法(告示20号、n−ヘ
プクン抽出蒸発残留物試験法)の150 ppI11以

本発明で使用されるポリ塩化ビニル(P V C)とは

テル、不飽和酸、不飽和酸エステル等を少量共重合せし
めて得られる塩化ビニル系重合体であり、これらの単独
又は混合物を意味する。又、使用されるモノメリック系
二次可塑剤とは、芳香族以外のモノ又はポリカルボン酸
とモノアルコールとのエステル化物であり、主として脂
肪族二塩基酸エステル及びヒドロキシ多価カルボン酸エ
ステル及び/又は脂肪酸エステルを示し、例えば脂肪族
二基′y!i、酸エステルではアジピン酸ジイソノニル
、アジピン酸ジオクチル、アジピン酸ジイソブチル、ア
ジピン酸ジイソデシル、アジピン酸n−オクチル−n−
デシル、アジピン酸n−へキシル−n−オクチル−〇−
デシル、アジピン酸ジアルキル(アルキル=07、C9
)、セパチン酸ジブデル、セパチン酸ジオクチル、アゼ
ライン酸ジn−ヘキシル、アゼライン酸ジオクチル;ヒ
ドロキシ多価カルボン酸エステルでは、酒石酸ジエチル
、アセチルクエン酸トリエチル、アセチルクエン酸トリ
ブチル(ATBC)、アセチルクエン酸−トリ−2−エ
チルヘキシル、クエン酸トリブチル、クエン酸七ノー、
ジー、トリステアリル;脂肪酸エステルでは、アセチル
リシノール酸メチル、アセチルリシノール酸ブチル、バ
ルミチン酸エチル、ステアリン酸エチル、ステアリン酸
n−ブチル、ステアリン酸アミル、ステアリン酸シクロ
ヘキシル、オレイン酸ブチル等が挙げられ、PVC10
0重量部に対してモノメリック系二次可塑剤、好ましく
は脂肪族二塩基酸エステル、ヒドロキシ多価カルボン酸
エステル、脂肪酸エステルを単独又は併用にて10〜5
0重量部の割合で用いられる。脂肪族多塩基酸系ポリエ
ステル可塑剤としては、脂肪族多塩基酸及び多価アルコ
ールを4・須成分とし、必要により一価アルコール又は
−価脂肪酸を用いて成る分子量1000〜8000、好
ましくは1000〜4000程度のものであり、例えば
ポリ (1,3−ブタンジオール/アジピン酸)ヤシ油
脂肪酸エステル、ポリ (プロピレングリコール/セパ
チン酸)n−デカノールエステルなどが挙げられ、PV
