Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having remarkably reduced evaporation residue without decreasing the plasticizer, prolonged decomposition time, and improved gelation property and tackiness, by compounding a monomeric secondary plasticizer with an aliphatic polybasic acid polyester plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride is compounded with 10-50pts. of a monomeric secondary plasticizer and 1-50pts. of an aliphatic polybasic acid polyester plasticizer. The monomeric plasticizer is preferably an aliphatic dibasic acid ester, a polybasic hydroxycarboxylic acid ester, a fatty acid ester or their combination. The polyester plasticizer is those containing an aliphatic polybasic acid and a polyhydric alcohol as essential components.

(Prior Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, for polyvinyl chloride resin compositions for wrap films (hereinafter referred to as vinyl chloride rubber), emphasis has been placed on the hygienic properties of the ingredients and the transferability to foods, etc. ing. Regarding the hygiene of such compounded products, the US Pharmaceutical and Food Administration (FDA) and Japan's Self-Regulatory Standards for PVC Food Containers and Packaging (hereinafter referred to as PL)
A detoxified formulation is established by selecting compounding agents listed in the standards (referred to as standards), etc., and adipic acid esters, acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC), etc. are usually used.
Regarding migration into foods, etc., the Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 20 regulates the extraction of PVC lamps as an evaporation residue test method. If more than 40 parts by weight are added to the total weight of 150 ppI11 or less, it tends to significantly exceed the standard of 150 ppI11 or less of the evaporation residue test method (Notification No. 20, N-Hebukun Extraction Evaporation Residue Test Method).

(Means for solving the problems) As a result of intensive research into these points, the present inventors found that
Seven studies have found that by using a monomeric secondary plasticizer and a polyester plasticizer in combination, the evaporation residue can be significantly reduced without reducing the amount of plasticizer.
