Abstract

PURPOSE:To smooth the sliding contact of a working cam of an upper die and to prevent the damage and seizure thereof with a mechanism for performing horizontal pressing by the sliding press-contact of the working cam with a driven cam provided to a lower die by providing movable clearances to the working cam. CONSTITUTION:A working cam 15 is movable attached by means of bolts 19 and springs 20 into the groove part of an upper die cam holder 13. Clearances S1 are provided to both sides of the cam 15.
