In conventional automatic teller machines, cash deposited by customers is stored in a device called a deposit unit;
Payment of banknotes to customers was carried out using cash that had been loaded in advance by the bank in a unit called a dispensing unit. For this reason, when the number of installed machines increases, automatic teller machines (ATMs)
The amount of cash accumulated within the branch is said to be enormous, and the interest burden alone is said to be 300,000 to 400,000 yen per day per branch. In order to eliminate this waste, automatic teller machines (ATMs) that use a recycling method (circulation method) have been developed in recent years and are beginning to be put into practical use.

The recycling method is a method in which the deposit and withdrawal units of an automatic teller machine (ATM) are combined into a single unit, and the banknotes deposited by a customer are directly used for payment to other customers. Teller, who is a bank teller, can reduce the amount of cash he has on hand by using this method.

(1) In principle, deposited banknotes are accepted no matter how dirty they are, but paid banknotes must be verified to be good or damaged by the bank. For this reason, it is necessary to provide banknote inspection with a precise function to determine whether the banknote is intact or defective.

(2) Since deposited banknotes are deposited by customers with different fronts and backs and with mixed bill types, a stacking section that counts and stores the banknotes on the banknote type side and a front-back reversal mechanism that performs the front-back reversal mechanism are provided. There is a need.

Although these problems were solved one by one and a recyclable automatic teller machine was put into practical use, the following problems arose when it was actually used in branch offices.

(1) The inflow and outflow of 10,000 yen banknotes is almost balanced, and the benefits of recycling are great, but for 1,000 yen banknotes, payments are overwhelmingly greater, and there are many opportunities for replenishment, which takes time and effort for bank employees.

Therefore, from the point of view of the system configuration of the branch, simply adding a recycling function to each automatic teller machine (ATM) can be expected to improve cash efficiency, but it is unlikely to have any effect in terms of saving staff's labor. Can not.

Moreover, near the end of business hours, automated teller machines (CDs)
Even if information is received from an automatic teller machine (ATM) (warning that the amount of banknotes remaining is low), the staff can only replenish a small amount of cash. , the cash is transferred to an automatic teller machine (ATM)
Regardless of whether it is in the automatic teller machine (CD) or paid to a customer, the branch's accounting funds at that time will decrease, so withdrawals from cashiers and cashiers will be limited to the minimum amount. Therefore, only a small amount could be replenished, and two or three staff members were running around among the five to 10 automatic machines.
The reality is that machines that generate near-end alarms one after another are refilled in small quantities.

In order to solve these problems, we came up with the idea of managing automated equipment across the group. However, with this method, (1) all banknote refilling is done in a separate unit called a centralized remote monitor (CRM), which requires more than the cost of one automated teller machine; Costs are getting higher.

(2) Automatic teller machine (ATM), automatic teller machine (CD)
Replenishment of banknotes is done by exchanging banknotes, and when replenishing banknotes to multiple automatic teller machines (CD), GRM is required for each one.
The mobile trolley called (Group Recycling Module) returns to the central processing machine (CRM), fills the empty safe cassette with banknotes, and then exchanges it with the safe of the automated teller machine (CD). If you look at it, it will take a lot of time and there is a risk that the down time of the machine will be extended by that amount.

(4) If you close all the machines after business hours and try to inspect them, automatic teller machines (ATMs) can inspect the machines themselves, but they must be transported to a centralized machine (CRM). , Since the central machine (CRM) performs the inspection operation again and distributes and stores the items in each storage safe, there are duplicate operations.
It's a waste. In addition, in the case of an automatic teller machine (CD), the safe is removed and inspected only once at the centralized machine (CRM), but due to the system configuration, automatic teller machines (ATM) and automatic teller machines (CD) are the same. It can be said that there is an inconsistency in the system construction when two different operations occur in a single operation on a high-ranking device.

As mentioned above, there are many deficiencies in group recycling using the safe exchange method, so it has been hoped that a new, cleaner group recycling method will be developed.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the banknotes are moved between a plurality of automatic banknote handling machines, and the banknotes are sent out from the automatic banknote handling machines, and the banknotes are transferred between the automatic banknote handling machines and the banknotes. This mobile banknote handling machine is controlled as one of the Nurep terminals for the master machine of multiple automatic banknote handling machines, and is processed according to inspection commands from the master machine. A plurality of automatic banknote handling machines sequentially receive and store banknotes, and the details of the stored banknotes by type are displayed on the display section of the mobile banknote handling machine. Therefore, it is possible to manage multiple automatic banknote handling machines in groups without replacing the safes, improving capital efficiency and labor saving, and in particular, it is possible for staff to carefully inspect multiple automatic banknote handling machines with one machine. This has the effect of providing nine banknote processing systems that can be easily and reliably processed without using one machine.
