Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a cart or the like to ascend/descend stairs by installing a wheel to each Y-shaped arm provided with a shock absorber and installing said Y-shaped arm to the cart via both each roller attached to the end of each shock absorber and the cam attached to the center of the Y-shaped arm.
