Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ヒートロールの過熱を防止するバックアップ用温
    度センサーをヒートロール表面に対して離接するように
    設け、ヒートロール表面と前記センサーとの摺接による
    ヒートロール表面の破損及びセンサーの過熱による故障
    を防止するようにした定着器の過熱安全装置。
  2. （２）前記温度センサーを複写作業開始信号によって行
    なうようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲１記載の定着機の過熱防止安全装置。 （３１前記温度センサーの離接を、ヒートロールの温度
    コントロール用精密温度センサーが検知するヒートロー
    ルのコントロール温度下限以上の温度によって行なうよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲１又
    は２記載の定着機の過熱安全防止装置。
