Claims (1)

は主として透過面となる部分を有する如く光回路を形成
し、この光回路の光入力端に発光部を、また光出力端に
受光部をそれぞれ接続し、この受光部の受光量の急変を
もって液面レベルが所定レベルとなったことを検知する
