Claims (1)
入力光として受光する受光素子と、上記受光素子に近接
設置されて、該素子とともに1対の端子間で直列回路を
構成する発光素子と、少なくとも他方の光ファイバの上
記発光素子との対向端面側に設けられて、発光素子から
の出力光のうちの光伝送に利用する偏波面をもった光を
上記他方の光ファイバへ入光させるとともに、光伝送に
利用しない偏波面をもった光を受光素子へ向けて反射さ
