(Prior Art) Various types of piping, such as supply/exhaust, water supply/drainage, steam supply/exhaust, and wiring ducts, will cause dew condensation on the outer circumferential surface and loss of thermal energy if they are not provided with heat insulation and thermal insulation coatings. In addition, metal construction pillars in high humidity environments, such as pillars in underground passages, may condense on their outer surfaces due to sudden changes in outside temperature, causing corrosion problems in various places, so measures for heat retention and dew prevention are required. It is.

Conventionally, this has been done by wrapping a combination of covering materials such as a glass fiber layer, waterproof paper layer, or cotton fabric layer around the outer periphery of vertical pipes and existing columns, and wrapping unconstructed pipes with fiber-reinforced cement. In many cases, a composite pipe coated with mortar was used.

However, these methods require bringing various covering materials to the construction site, generally requiring complicated construction work in narrow spaces, and require multiple steps such as wet application of cement mortar, preparation of long and short pipes, and various composite pipes. There were many problems such as the need for a manufacturing method consisting of:

(Object of the Invention) The present invention aims to improve the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art and to provide a coating material suitable for treating various types of piping and construction columns with a simple method before or after construction. To provide a coating material that exhibits excellent heat retention and anti-condensation effects despite being a simple method.

(Structure of the Invention) The gist of the present invention is to provide a plurality of tubular body constituent members each having a partially annular or trapezoidal cross section and having a shape obtained by cutting a tubular body made of a hydraulic inorganic material into a plurality of pieces parallel to the central axis thereof. The covering material is a bendable connection body of tubular body constituent members, and the inner peripheral surface side of the flexible sheet is disposed parallel to and in close contact with one side of the flexible sheet.

(発明の内容) 以下、本発明の内容を図面を用いて説明する。(Contents of the invention) Hereinafter, the contents of the present invention will be explained using the drawings.

FIG. 1(a) is a perspective view of an embodiment of the covering material according to the present invention, and FIG. 1(b) is a cross-sectional view of a pipe or the like covered with this covering material. That is, a hexagonal tubular body is divided into halves in the longitudinal direction to form the tubular body constituent members 2.2, and these are closely arranged and a woven fabric is applied over the inner circumferential surfaces 4, 4 and the cut surfaces 5, 5 of the halves. The covering material 1 is formed by attaching a flexible sheet 3 such as . The covering material 1 can be bent at adjacent portions 6 of the cut surfaces 5, 5 of the tubular body. This covering material 1 covers the bent pipe 7 at adjacent portions 6 of the above-mentioned cut surface, and fixes the ends of the covering material together, but the fixing method may be various known methods such as tightening bands, etc. A method using strings is used as appropriate.

Since the covering material according to the present invention has the above-described structure and is used in the above-described manner, even if there is a change in the surface temperature of the piping, the temperature change on the outer surface of the covering material will not be so large, and the Since the material is a poor thermal conductor, there will be no condensation on the outer surface of the covering material.

The manufacturing method of these coating materials will be described below. In addition to the method of pressure-filling a hydraulic inorganic material such as cement mortar, which is a mixture of Portland cement with aggregate, water, etc., into a mold material for forming a tubular body component, this mortar is applied to a core material for forming a tubular body and the desired shape is formed. After molding into the outer shape, the core material is extracted to form a tubular body, and by cutting this in the length direction parallel to the axis, a tubular body constituent member can be obtained.
