。When incinerating materials to be incinerated, it is desirable to burn the entire material evenly in order to increase incineration efficiency and to suppress local temperature rise. For example, incinerators for powdery incineration materials such as sludge have a vertically circular furnace body, and stirring blades are installed in the single layer near the bottom of the furnace. This figure shows a circular stirring incinerator equipped with stirring blades. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a circular incinerator main body, and an exhaust port 2 is formed in the upper part, and a stirring device is provided inside the furnace. Furthermore, an auxiliary burner 3 for ignition, a dry sludge input feeder 4, an ash outlet 5, etc. are attached.

A rotary shaft 7 is erected, two or more stirring blades 8 are radially attached to the top of the rotating shaft 7, and a large number of stirring hands 9 are further provided downwardly projecting from the stirring blades 8. Needless to say, the stirring hand 9 stirs the material to be incinerated placed in the furnace bottom 6, so its lower end reaches near the furnace bottom surface. and,
These rotating shaft 7, stirring blades 8, and finger pusher 9 are all hollow bodies and are electrically connected to each other.A blower 10 is connected to the rotating shaft 7, and a large number of blowholes 11 are connected to the finger pusher 9.
It has holes in it, from which air is blown out and sprayed directly onto the waste that has been incinerated.

Accidents may occur that make it impossible to continue work.

The lower end of the stirring hand is raised and there is a gap between it and the true bottom of the hearth to eliminate accidents where solids get caught, and air is blown out from the bottom of the hearth to make the combustion of the materials to be incinerated more stable and improve incineration efficiency. This is a further improvement.

要である。In the figure, 12 is the furnace body, 13 is the furnace bottom, and 14 is the rotating shaft 15.
1 is a stirring blade, and 16 is a stirring hand. These are similar to the conventional incinerator except that the lower end of the stirring hand 16 is located at a slightly higher position than that of the conventional incinerator. A blowout hole 23 and the like are installed, and sand and the like are put in the bottom of the furnace to form a sand layer A. The material and amount of this sand layer are not particularly limited, and should be the most suitable for the nature of the material to be incinerated, the amount of input, etc. For example, sand with a diameter of about 0.5 to 2 cm or pebbles with a relatively uniform particle size of about 10 to 70 cm are used. The thickness must be small (at least the size of the solid matter mixed in the material to be incinerated or the clinker generated in the furnace), and usually about 100 to 200 mm is appropriate. There is no problem in using ash instead of sand.It is important that the lower end of the stirring hand 16 reaches the surface layer of the sand layer A.

This device supplies fresh air to the sand layer A, which prevents the sand layer A from overheating and also supplies air to every piece of material to be incinerated to ensure uniform combustion. This will further increase incineration efficiency and at the same time suppress the generation of clinker.

The incineration work will not be interrupted if the furnace bottom or stirring hand is damaged by solid objects such as pebbles, iron pieces, or clinker generated in the furnace, or the stirring device stops, and the furnace bottom itself is insulated by the sand layer. In addition, the heat retained in the sand layer absorbs uneven input, moisture content, and uneven calorific value, resulting in stable combustion.Furthermore, the sand layer absorbs fresh air. By suppressing local overheating and by uniformly supplying this air to the materials to be incinerated, more even and stable combustion of the materials to be incinerated is ensured, and the incineration efficiency is significantly increased. This not only improves hardness but also suppresses clinker formation.
