Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for the incineration processing of mainly combutible materials that will be left over when wastes are cut by a shredder and are separated into iron family metals and nonferrous metals. CONSTITUTION:The wastes (G) that are successively delivered from the shredder are conveyed by a belt conveyor 1, are dropped quantitatively by a scraper 18 into a hopper 2, and are fed by a spiral screw conveyor 7 into an incinerator 3. In the incinerator 3, while the wastes are stirred and turned by a stirring auger 9, they are burned and decomposed by the heat of flames jetted from a burner 5, and the ash and incombustible material are carried by a transmitting auger 8 via a small barrel furnace 12 to a discharge furnace 6. The ash is carried to a chimney 13 whereas the solids containing incombustible matter, etc. are allowed drop down. Accordingly the wastes (G) can be quantitatively and successively incinerated, and therefore continuously incineration becomes possible wherein the wastes would not be stored in the hopper 2 in a prescribed amount or more and are processed immediately.

The transmission auger 8 is a small control 1 of the incinerator 3 leading to the discharge furnace 6
2, but the stirring auger 9 is stopped within the incinerator 3. The transmission auger 8 is designed to transmit the normal line by transporting and suspending small objects, while the stirring auger 9 transports objects as large as 11 and constantly stirs the inside of the furnace. This is because it is a material that creates a flammable environment. And emissions? 6 is a chimney 1 above
3 and a chimney 13 with a drop port 14 provided below.
A suction vibrator 1 of a known dust collector 15 is inserted into the inlet to collect floating substances such as ash and dust, while a known magnetic separator 16 is placed below the drop opening 14 to remove solids such as metal that do not float and fall. Separate the incineration material consisting of materials into ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and others. Note that a blower 17 for feeding combustion air into the incinerator 3 is provided near the furnace port 4 . Further, a scraper 18 is provided on the belt conveyor 1 in order to maintain a constant amount of conveyed material, so that the amount of garbage thrown into the hopper 2 can always be maintained at a predetermined amount. The flame injected from the crater 5 generally reaches a high temperature (1000 to 12oo'JC) when incinerating waste tires, so in order to take advantage of this, a well-known tire burner made by the manufacturer is used. However, the burner is not limited to this, and other gas burners or heavy oil burners may be used. Furthermore, the tunnel length of the incinerator 3 is determined to be an appropriate length taking into consideration the nature of the garbage and the temperature inside the furnace. The tunnel length would have to be increased.

In addition, the garbage that is sequentially sent from the shredder by this device is conveyed by the belt conveyor 1, and the garbage G that falls quantitatively into the hopper 2 by the scraper 18 is incinerated by the spiral scree conveyor 7. The fuel is sent into the furnace 6 and is rotated while being stirred by the stirring auger 9 in the incinerator 3, where it burns and decomposes due to the temperature of the flame injected from the crater 5. This leads to the discharge furnace 6 via the small control 12. In this way, ash and sulfur fall in the direction of the chimney 13 in the normal direction to the discharge furnace 6, and solid substances such as burnt material fall downward. In this way, the go ξG supplied from the sea redder can be quantitatively and sequentially incinerated, and continuous operation incineration, which can be immediately processed without storing more than a predetermined amount in the hopper 2, becomes the town's ability.

To explain another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 shows a double wall 19 formed on the outside of a furnace body such as an incinerator 3 to provide a water jacket, and water W contained inside the double wall 19. 20 is a water inlet and 21Fi is a drain port. By forming the water jacket in this manner, the temperature of the furnace body is lowered and there is no risk of burning out the furnace body, and there is an effect that hot water can be used. The configuration other than these is the same as in the previous embodiment.

As is clear from the description of the apparatus of the present invention described above, the method of the present invention continuously transports industrial waste crushed by a crusher, supplies it in a predetermined uniform amount, and immediately continuously transports it to the tunnel. A flame is injected into the mosquito tunnel to dry, incinerate, and discharge the industrial waste while it is being transported, and at the discharge end, the ash is sucked into a dust collector, while heavy objects such as metal are collected from the bottom. The ferrous metals should be sorted using a magnetic separator, etc. as appropriate.
This is a continuous tunnel incineration method for industrial waste, etc.

As described above, according to the present invention, the nine industrial wastes are shredded by a shredder, transported sequentially, and incinerated continuously, and can be processed as ash, etc., which is about 1/20th of the amount input into the furnace. There is no need for burial mounds to be disposed of, and the incineration process can be done quickly.

Moreover, the incinerator can be designed to be either long or short, allowing the time that garbage stays in the furnace to be adjusted to ensure complete combustion.
Because Mano Spiral Screw Conopear is used, the residence time of the garbage can be adjusted by changing its rotation speed, and since the garbage is transferred while being forcibly stirred, the garbage dries well and is easy to burn, and the combustion air It is easy to touch, shortens the combustion time, makes the exhaust gas harmless and dust-free, and eliminates the need to separate iron and non-ferrous metals on a 1-meter scale, allowing for reuse. If a water jacket is formed in the incinerator, heated water can be used, and if a secondary or tertiary combustion chamber is provided, harmful gases are completely combusted and no pollution is caused. In this way, if you use the high temperature flame of a waste tire as a flame, you can do it! The waste will be incinerated in a safe manner. Since the present invention has such effects, it goes without saying that it can also be used for incineration of raw garbage and the like.
