Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A three-phase switch connected in series to a power fuse for each phase, a primary winding to which a three-phase voltage is applied to each phase via the power fuse, and a secondary winding. a three-phase transformer having a secondary winding that is inductively coupled and generates three-phase induced voltages; a first voltage relay connected between a first phase and a second phase of the secondary winding; a second voltage relay connected between the second and third phases of the winding, the first and second phases of the secondary winding;
a series circuit of a break contact of the first voltage relay and a make contact of the second voltage relay connected between phases;
