Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain high-temperature hot water in a short time as well as lessen the loss of heat by controllably switching the flow paths of incoming hot water. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 12 is provided near the boundary between an always heating zone A and a bathing time heating zone B. When the whole of a hot water storage tank 1 is in unheated state, the low temperature is detected by the sensor 12, a three-way flow path switching valve 6 is switched to a top inflow tube 7 side, and the water in the lower part of the tank 1 is heated to a given temperature by a heat exchanger 4' and flowed into the top of the tank 1 to replace water with high-temperature hot water in the heating zone A. In the case of the bathing time heating, where temperatures higher than a given temperature are detected by the sensor 12, the zone A is judged to be filled with high-temperature hot water, the valve 6 is switched to an intermediate inflow tube 8 side, and heated water is flowed into the heating zone B by a distributer 2' to replace water with the heated water. When temperatures lower than a given temperature are detected by the sensor 12, heated water is flowed into the top, the high-temperature condition of the zone A is confirmed by the sensor 12, and the valve 6 is switched to the tube 8 side to heat up the zone B in the same way.

Structure of the conventional example and its problems A conventional hot water storage tank of this type is shown in Fig.
As shown in No. 41 (a hot water outlet pipe 2 with a large number of small holes facing downward is provided in the middle part of the hot water storage tank 1, the hot water is passed from the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1 through the heat exchanger 4 of the heat source part 3). With a configuration that allows more heated water to flow out, the flow rate of the circulation pump 5 is controlled, and when high-temperature hot water is required quickly, the flow rate is reduced and the upper part is heated using a draft, when a large amount of hot water is required. The flow rate was increased to mix and heat the entire body. However, in this method, the upper part is water and the water is heated from the middle, and the cold water in the upper part and the heated high-temperature water in the middle part mix. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 2, the temperature rise in the entire upper part was not sufficiently effective even though the aim was to quickly extract high-temperature water!7.

The iqog system is divided into two parts, and a temperature sensor is installed near the boundary between the constant heating area and the bathing heating area, and when heating the hot water tank, if the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is higher than a predetermined temperature, the heated water is The structure is such that the flow path is switched and controlled such that the water flows through the intermediate inflow pipe, and when the temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature, it flows through the top inflow pipe.

In the above configuration, when the entire hot water storage tank 1 is in an unheated state,
The temperature sensor 12 detects the low temperature, switches the three-way flow path switching valve 6 to the top inflow pipe 7 side, and transfers water from the lower part of the hot water tank 1 to the water heat exchanger 4.
' is heated to a predetermined temperature, and the hot water is introduced from the top of the hot water storage tank 1 to replace the constantly heated area AI water with high temperature hot water. For small-scale hot water supply, the temperature sensor 12 constantly monitors the temperature of area A, and controls the entire area A to a predetermined temperature by injecting heated water from the top. Next, when the temperature sensor 12 detects a predetermined temperature or higher during bath heating, it is determined that area A is filled with high-temperature hot water, and the flow path switching valve 6 is switched to the intermediate inflow pipe 8 side. ) Heated water flows into heating area B from IJ Buke 2' during bathing and replaces the water. In addition, if the temperature detector 12 detects a temperature below a predetermined temperature, first let heated water flow in from the top, and after confirming with the temperature sensor 12 that area A has reached the predetermined high temperature, the flow path switching valve 6 is switched to an intermediate inlet. Switch to the tube 8 side and heat area B in the same way. Here, if you need to reheat the bath in winter, etc., set the A area to high temperature and B.
It is also possible to heat the whole area separately at medium temperatures lower than the A area.

FIG. 4 shows nine effects of rapid hot water extraction in the constant heating region in one embodiment of the present invention. As is clear from the comparison with the temperature rise characteristics of the conventional example shown in FIG. 2, the effect of rapidly drawing high-temperature water is improved. This is because in the present invention, there is no mixing of high-temperature hot water and low-temperature water, and the high-temperature hot water undergoes temperature stratification and replaces water.
