Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　タイヤフラム機構の駆動用タイヤフラムを作動させ
    る負王室に、弁体１８の座部の外径より大きい内径をも
    つシート２４に弁体１８を挿入し、更に、プレート２′
    ５を前記シート２４の内壁に固定した弁装置を介在する
    リーク通路１７を設けると共に、弁開閉をなすアクチュ
    エータを設けて、該アクチュエータに固定された前記シ
    ート２４と駆動タイヤフラムに固定された弁体１８が、
    アクチュエータと駆動ダイヤフラムが離れるときにリー
    ク通路１７を閉じることを特徴とする負圧サーボモータ
    。 ２　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、つめ２７
    てストッパ２８をシート２４に固定したことを特徴とす
    る負圧サーボモータ。
