The back surfaces of a pair of mounting materials 5 are adhered, and both side edges of joint covers 6 covering the water guide grooves 4 are removably fitted into fitting grooves 7 bored on the opposing inner surfaces of the mounting materials 5. A zipper fitting groove 8 is recessed near the fitting groove 7 on the front side of the zipper, a concrete wall screw 9 is driven from the bottom of the groove, and a zipper screw 9 is inserted from above the screw 9.
This relates to a joint structure of a water guide groove of a tunnel in which a zipper 10 is inserted into a fitting groove 8.

However, after cleaning the inside, it is necessary to fill the caulking material 11' again.

When the water passage 12' is formed, the cross-sectional area of the water conduit 12' becomes small, which causes the water conduit 12' to become easily clogged, and the period until the water conduit 12' becomes clogged is short.

For this purpose, insert the zipper fitting groove 8' into the fitting groove 7 on the front side of the mounting material 5'.

The inner side of the back surface tends to lift up from the concrete wall 2 as shown by the arrow A, and the adhesive 14' peels off from the concrete wall 2, making it difficult to reliably adhere the mounting material 5', and the joint cover 6

るにある。This invention was devised in view of the points mentioned above, and its purpose is to make it easy to remove and remove the joint cover, to make it easy to clean even if free lime accumulates inside, and to have a structure that does not leave any trace inside. Because the cross-sectional area of the water conduit is large, it takes a longer time for free lime to become clogged, and the period for internal inspections can be extended, and in addition, the mounting material does not lift up from the concrete wall, making it easier to use the mounting material. The tunnel can be firmly and securely bonded to the concrete wall, and even when caulking is filled over the screws, the zipper can hide the caulking, preventing the caulking from being exposed to the outside and creating a tunnel with a good appearance. The purpose is to provide a joint structure for water guide grooves.

When a pair of mounting materials 5 coated with adhesive 14 are adhered to the concrete wall 2 along both sides of the water guide groove 4 so that the fitting grooves 7 are facing each other, the stainless steel bow and the bow are inserted through the screw insertion holes 18. A screw 9 made of stainless steel or the like is inserted through a washer 22 such as the like, screwed into the anchor plug 21, and a caulking material 15 such as silicone is filled into the recess 17 from above the screw 9.

The adhesive 14 is firmly held in the adhesive reservoir recess 26, and the adhesive 14 is prevented from protruding outside the elastic tongue piece 25, and furthermore, the elastic tongue piece 25 is pressed against the concrete wall 21 due to its cushioning properties. This also improves the adhesion between the mounting material 5 and the concrete wall 2.

。Reference numeral 30 denotes anchor bolts buried in the concrete wall 2 at appropriate intervals on both sides of the mounting material 5. Both ends of a belt-shaped saddle 31 are inserted through the anchor bolts 30, and the saddle 31 is fixed with a cap nut 32. There is a bridge in front of the joint cover 6 so as to be perpendicular to the cover 6, so that if the joint cover 6 were to come off the mounting material 5, the joint cover 6 would be curved in an arc along the water guide groove 4. Therefore, there is a risk that the joint cover 6 may jump out into the tunnel 1 and cause an accident, but since the joint cover 6 is prevented from falling off by the saddle 31, even if it comes off from the mounting material 5, it will not jump out into the tunnel 1. It will not cause an accident.

。As described above, the present invention involves bonding the backs of a pair of mounting materials on both sides of a water guide groove formed along the joints of concrete walls on the inner periphery of the tunnel, and attaching both side edges of the joint cover covering the water guide groove to the opposite sides of the mounting members. They are removably fitted into fitting grooves drilled on the inner surface, a zipper fitting groove is recessed near the fitting groove on the front side of the mounting material, and the zipper is fitted into the zipper fitting groove. The joint cover can be easily attached and removed by removing the zipper from the zipper fitting groove and bending the flexible part between the zipper fitting groove and the fitting groove to widen the fitting groove. Even if free lime accumulates, it can be easily cleaned, and since the joint cover covers the front of the water channel without being inserted into the water channel, the cross-sectional area inside the water channel is large, so it takes a long time for free lime to become clogged. This allows for longer internal inspection cycles, and since the screws are driven into the concrete wall from the bottom of the zipper insertion groove, and the zipper is inserted into the zipper insertion groove from above the screws, the mounting material is not required. The fixing screws can also be brought close to the fitting groove, making the mounting material narrower, and the screws can be moved closer to the fitting groove on the inside of the mounting material. The inner part of the mounting material with the fitting groove will not be lifted up from the concrete wall and the adhesive will not peel off, allowing the mounting material to be completely crimped onto the concrete wall and securely fixed, and construction is easy. Moreover, since the inner part of the mounting material with the fitting groove does not lift up, there is no possibility that the joint cover will come off easily due to lifting.Furthermore, the head of the screw can be attached to the zipper fitting groove by the zipper. Since water is confined inside the screw, water will not enter from around the screw and cause the adhesive that adheres the mounting material to the concrete wall to peel off, and the caulking material is filled over the screw in the zipper insertion groove. Even when the zipper is used, the caulking material is hidden from the zipper and cannot be seen from the outside, giving it a pleasing appearance.
