Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent exfoliation of an insulation coating material and to attain improvement in workability for insertion of a winding and reduction in man-hour for the operation by decreasing the number of passage of the winding through a winding-insertion window. CONSTITUTION:The winding 14 consists of two pieces of wires shown by a solid line 15 and a broken line 16 which are bundled into one set and is formed by winding the bundled wire 4 times clockwise between the winding-insertion window 5 and a winding-detention groove 6 then winding the same 4 times this time counterclockwise between the window 5 and a winding-detection groove 7. The coil is consequently obtd. by 8 times of clockwise winding, 8 times of counterclockwise winding and total 16 times of winding. Such magnetic head 22 is accordingly wound with the winding twice higher times, i.e., 16 times simply by passing said winding through the window 5 total 8 times. The number of friction between the winding 14 and the edge part 5' of the window is eventually decreased, by which the exfoliation of the insulation coating is prevented. The insertion operation is made easy even if the window size is slightly small and the man-hour for the insertion operation is reduced to 1/n.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRIOR TECHNICAL BACKGROUND Magnetic magnets are used in various electronic devices, including VTRs and computers, as elements for performing magneto-electric recording. As shown in FIG. 4, this magnetic head is constructed by bonding core halves l, 2y with an adhesive 8 to form a core 4, and forming a core 4 with a winding insertion window 5 and a winding locking groove 6. Alternatively, an insulating coated winding 8 is further wound between the winding locking groove 7 and the winding locking groove 7.

By the way, when winding the winding m8 in the above-mentioned magnetic helmet helide, since the material of the core half-hole 1.2 is a ferromagnetic material such as ferrite with extremely high hardness, the edge of the winding insertion window 5 There was a play for the next moment as 5' played the role of the blade. That is, each time the winding 8 is wound, the winding insertion window 5 is
If the edge 5' is rubbed when passing through the cable, the insulation coating may peel off, resulting in poor insulation. Therefore, as a means to solve this problem, it is conceivable to coat the edge 5' with resin or a smooth surface such as guaranu.

However, with this method, the winding insertion window 5, which cannot be made large, becomes too narrow because the periphery of the elemental winding insertion window 5 forms a magnetic path as shown by the broken line 13. There is a drawback that it makes the insertion work difficult.

Formal coated copper wire, indicated by solid line 15 and broken line 16 2
It consists of a bundle of books, which is wound clockwise four times between the winding insertion window 5 and the winding locking groove 6, and then the winding is locked between the winding insertion window 5 and the winding locking groove. This time, it is wound counterclockwise four times between the groove 7 and the groove 7. The method of connecting the winding 14 will be explained below with reference to FIG. First, in FIG. 2, position 17 indicated by a chain line is the position of the winding locking groove 6, and position 18 is the position of the winding locking groove 6.
The winding insertion window 5 (7)' position, position 19, is the position of the winding locking groove 7.

The magnetic lead 22 described above is made of formal coated copper #
! By winding winding M14, which is a bundle of windings 15 and 16, clockwise [4 times, and then counterclockwise] and connecting them at the relay terminal 24, the coil can be wound 8 times clockwise.
This means that it has been wound 8 times counterclockwise, for a total of 16 times. Therefore, this magnetic head 22 has a winding insertion window 5.
This is equivalent to winding the winding 5 of a conventional magnetic helid 16 times, which is twice as many windings as 16 times. Therefore, to this magnetism, Lido 22
This means that the number of times the winding 14 is passed through the winding insertion window 5 is halved. In other words, in this magnetoelectric head 22, if eight copper wires are bundled to form the winding 14, the number of times the winding is passed through the winding insertion window 5 is as follows.
Conventional through circuit! It will be reduced by n+ci. Therefore, the magnetic head 22 reduces the number of times the winding 14 rubs against the edge 5' of the window, prevents peeling of the insulation coating, and facilitates insertion work even if the window size becomes a little narrow. The number of man-hours required for insertion can be reduced to /n.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments, if this invention is carried out, it is possible to prevent peeling of the insulation coating of the winding, improve the insertion workability, reduce the number of work steps, and contribute to improved reliability and mass productivity. can do. In addition, when this invention is implemented, the number of windings to be bundled is set in excess, and if the number of turns is too large, the number of turns of the coil can be adjusted by applying an insulating coating, etc. without connecting to the relay terminal. This makes it possible to contribute to the finishing adjustment of magnetic and lid surfaces.
