Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize an operator's hands and to permit easy operation by inclining the stand from the sample stage side to the outside circumferential sides and having radial arm rest parts. CONSTITUTION:A stanchion 2 for attaching a microscope and a stage 3 for placing a sample are attached to the stand 4. The stand 4 is inclined on the sample stage 3 side from the same height as the height of the stage toward the outside circumferential side and is formed with radial arm rest parts 1. The arm rest parts 1 face the direction of the operator's hand 5 and are inclined and therefore the easy operation is made possible with the hands resting thereon.
