Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the time of no load operation of a conveyor device in which a plurality of conveyors are laid in series, by providing such an arrangement that the topmost level conveyor is driven in association with the open and close operation of a hopper gate, and low level conveyors are driven in response to a signal from a conveyed material detector set on a conveyor just thereabove. CONSTITUTION:The most upstream conveyor 1 is started and a gate 4 is opened, and materials to be transferred are conveyed from a hopper 5. A tilt switch 6 set on the most upstream conveyor 1 detects the materials and delivers a detection signal which starts a conveyor 2. When a tilt switch 7 is actuated, a conveyor 3 is started. When no signals are issued from the tilt switches 6, 7, the downstream conveyors 2, 3 are rested. With this arrangement, the time of no load operation is reduced, and energy saving may be made.

して始動、停止を行い、他のコンベアは隣接する上流側

を開始するとともに、nII記ゲートの閉と連動して順
次上流側より停止して行くことを特徴とする。
