軸40に接続する平歯車44およびこれに噛合する平歯
車54によりローラ26も回転させられ、両ローラ24
,26により挟圧保持した弾性板材IOは、前記案内通
路Gに沿って矢印B方向に後退移動させられる。すなわ
ち前記弾性板材10は、そのループを次第に収束させて
、その直径を減少させるに至る。そして前記ループの平
面状態における直径が90mmに達っしたところで、前
記ハンドル6oの回動操作を停止すれば、前記弾性板材
10からなるウェブ成形器には、所望開口直径の筒状袋
体を成形し得る寸法設定がなされたことになる。

が1本発明に係る弾性板材の進退調節機構によれば1機
構を小型化してコンパクトな構造にすると共に、操作部
を機枠前面に位置させるようにして前記欠点を完全に解
消し、しかも使い勝手を格段に向上させることができた
