び機械的に固定し、プリント配線基板5をシャーシ7に
固定する事により、プリント配線基板5を介して間接的
に電源トランス6を固定する構成が用いられている。と
ころがこの構成だとトランス6が直接シャーシ7に固定
されていない為、余程プリント基板5をしつかりした物
にしておかないと輸送途上の振動や、落下等の衝撃によ
りプリント基板5が割れたり、プリント基が切れたシす
るという問題があった。

ある為従来はトランス6自体をシャーシ7に固黴しない
と、プリント基板5の割れ問題を起こすような大きなト
ランス6は、プリント基板5への直接接続は行彦わす、
リード線による接続を行なっていたがこの方式はトラン
ス6のコストが直接半田付方式に比べて非常に高くっき
又組立工数も増えるという欠点があった。

発明の構成 上記目的を達する為に、本発明は、本体内に制御回路を
搭載するプリント基板と、前記制御回路に電源を供給す
る電源トランスと、前記プリント基板を支持固定する支
持板とを有し、前記電源トランスの人、出力端子は前記
プリント基板に直接半田付は等により接続され、かつ前
記電源トランスの取付は足は、前記プリント基板を介さ
ないで直接前記支持板にネジ止め等の方法で固定する構
成であシ、トランスの大きさ、重量に関係なく、プリン
ト基板に輸送途上の過激な振動衝撃等がかからず、又ト
ランス取付は時にもプリントの箔切れ等の不良が発生す
る事を防ぐ事が出来るという効果を有するものである。

トランス6はシャーシ7にしつか9と固定出来るが、電
源トランス6を固定する際に、プリント基板5と電源ト
ランス6との間に隙間が出来だ状態で半田付けされてい
てもプリント基を引きはがすようケ無理な力は全く働く
事はない。又電源トランス6を除くプリント基板5の重
さは通常非常に軽いので、電源トランス6が接続されて
いる部分に於いては電源トランス6の入出力端子での半
田付けを介して間接的にシャーシ7に固定されるだけで
強度的には充分である。
