第１図は電子スイッチを用いて発振周波数を切替える従
来の回路構成、第２図は第１図の発振周波数を更にもう
１つ増すために機械的スイッチを追加して発振周波数を
切替える従来の回路構成、第３図は第２図の高周波の等
価回路、第４図は本考案に係る周波数切替装置の第１図
に対する回路構成、第５図は本考案に係る周波数切替装
置の第２図に対する回路構成、第６図は第５区の電子ス
イッチ用ダイオードがオフ状態となっているときの高周
波の等価回路を示している。 図中、１は切替用電源端子、２は逆流防止用ダイオード
、３はバイアス設定用抵抗、４はスイッチ用固定電源端
子、５はチョーク・コイル、６は　　゛電子スイッチ用
ダイオード、７はバイパス・コンデンサ、８，９は直流
阻止用コンデンサ、１０は発振素子、１１は同調用コン
デンサ、１２は主同調用コイル、１３．１４は同調用コ
イル、１５はスイッチ、１６．１７．１８．１９は浮遊
容量を表わしている。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電子的スイッチの切替により同調回路の主同調用コイル
    に対し並列にコイルを接続する°ようにして２以上の周
    波数を発振させる高周波発振回路装置において、上記コ
    イルの一端を主同調用コイルの低電位側に接続すると共
    に、コイルの他端に切替のための半導体スイッチ素子を
    接続し、さらに該半導体スイッチ素子の他方を主同調用
    コイルの高電位側に接続してなり、上記半導体スイッチ
    素子を制御して、同調回路の主同調用コイルに対し並列
    にコイルを挿脱することにより同調回路のインタフタン
    スの値を切替え、発振周波数の切替を゛　　　　行うよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする周波数切替装置。
