After that, in order to automatically wind the thread onto the empty bobbin that will be used in the next winding operation, the ring rail is lowered, and the thread is wound around the end thread winding section of the rotating clip located at the bottom of the spindle for the first winding. When the ring rail rises during the picking operation, the thread is continuously wound onto the bobbin using the tail thread winding section as a starting point. However, when the full bobbin was pulled out from the spindle, the thread was pressed against the cutter in the thread regulating part of the rotating clip due to the tension and was cut. When winding the thread around the bobbin, the end of the thread remaining on the end winding section is free.

。On the other hand, if the grip of the thread in the tail thread winding section is too strong, winding on the empty bobbin has started and the tail thread that has served its purpose cannot be removed easily with a brush or the like. If the remaining threads from the tail thread cannot be removed, the threads will be wrapped around the tail thread every time the tube is full, and the remaining thread will accumulate in the tail thread winding part.

It may break and stick to neighboring bobbins.

そこで、従来は第1図け)〜(ハ)に示すように。Therefore, the conventional method is as shown in Fig. 1) to (c).

Ta. The tail thread winding section having such projections 3 has a good thread gripping effect, and in the case of qo count cotton thread, smooth work is ensured after winding the tail thread with about 3 turns, but the gripping force is too strong. In addition to the above-mentioned problems, there were other drawbacks such as severe brush wear.

It is formed of a plurality of rows each consisting of a V-shaped trough and a crest with a substantially flat top. Since the troughs are V-shaped, the tail threads can be held securely, and since the top surfaces of the peaks are substantially flat, the tail threads can be removed relatively easily with a brush or the like.

The thread regulating portion has a plurality of circumferentially spaced pawls and an annular cutter 6 that is normally held by the pawls, and may be the same as the conventional one.

。A flat projection 7 on the top surface 7a is provided. In this embodiment, since the protrusions 7 are provided in a twilled pattern, the projections 7 can be melted from FIGS. The lower ends of adjacent circumferential ridge lines 7b, 7b' and axial ridge lines 70, 70 defining adjacent protrusions intersect, respectively, as shown in FIG. Further, it is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the spindle axis, that is, the axis of the tail winding portion. Figure 2 (a) K
In the direction indicated by the symbol O, as shown in an enlarged view of a row of projections in one direction in FIG. 3, there are two inclined surfaces defined by ridge lines 7b and 7c between adjacent projections 7.7. J7
(The V-shaped valleys are formed by l, and the valleys and the peaks, that is, the protrusions 7 are alternately continuous along the direction C.

きる。In order to provide the protrusions 7 as described above on the tail bobbin part λ, the circumferential surface of the tail bobbin part λ is knurled in the same manner as before, and then the top surface of each protrusion is flattened by lathe processing. It may be formed by half-pressing the twill knurling. If the twill knurling is pressed halfway, the flesh at the boundary between the slope forming the valley and the top of the peak will swell slightly;
In this case as well, the top surface can be considered to be substantially flat.

殆ど目立たない。Next, the operation of the rotary clip 1 of the present invention having the above-mentioned tail winding portion will be explained. When the pipe is full, a ring rail (not shown) descends and winds the tail thread around the tail thread winding section. Similarly to the conventional case shown in Fig. 2, when the cotton thread of lIo count is used and wound a predetermined number of times (approximately 3 layers), the full bobbin is pulled out and the full bobbin is connected to the end thread winding part K. Even if the end thread is cut, the end thread wound on the end end winding section does not loosen, and the thread can be automatically wound around the primary empty bobbin. In addition, at an appropriate point after winding the thread around the empty bobbin, cut the crossover thread connecting the empty bobbin and the end thread winding section, and then apply a brush to the remaining thread in the end thread winding section to perform the normal residual thread processing operation. The remaining threads are then easily removed and the wear of the brush is hardly noticeable.

For example, the plurality of rows of alternately successive troughs and peaks may be slightly inclined with respect to the circumferential direction of the tail peg, or one row and one row may be slightly offset.

できる。, is formed of multiple rows consisting of V-shaped valleys and almost flat peaks on the top surface, so even though the tail thread is securely gripped with the same number of turns as in the conventional method, it is difficult to use with a brush. It can be easily removed, and various troubles such as those caused by the accumulation of the remaining tail threads can be prevented from occurring, and wear of the brush can be reduced and the replacement cycle can be lengthened.
