Prefabricated - In indoor electrical wiring for detached houses and buildings, the current situation is that the number of wires and wiring positions are standardized, and the connection of long branch circuits of electric wires (cables) and the insulation of connection parts are standardized. Electric wires with branches, that is, electric wire connections, are used, which are processed in advance in a factory to save labor at the construction site.

According to the above configuration, the wire connections are pre-processed at the factory, which saves the worker the trouble of removing the insulation from each wire and crimping the conductors. On the other hand, because it is standardized, it is difficult to inspect connections and add circuits.

Next, to explain the assembly, as shown in FIG.
The insulator 18 and conductor 19 of the wire are stripped in stages, the desired conductor 19 is crimped and fixed with a crimp sleeve 20, and the exposed conductor connection portion 21 is inserted into each wire receiving hole 10 of the insulation partition member 9. Insert.

In this case, the exposed conductor connection part 21 of the electric wire is housed in the electric wire accommodation hole 10 in a stable state as described above, and the electric wire passing through each electric wire holding hole 15 is covered with a seal member 16 such as an insulating film.
The inside and outside are sealed to prevent dust, moisture, etc. from entering.

In the above configuration, since the cap 7, the insulating partition member 9, and the backing 14 are removable, the cap can be easily removed and the interior inspected even if the cap has been preassembled in a factory, etc., and the inside can be inspected. In this case, the remaining wire can be inserted by tearing through the insulating film of the wire holding hole.

As described above, the present invention includes a joint cap made of synthetic resin, an electric wire insulating partition member having a plurality of wire receiving holes that is removably inserted into the bottom of the head of the cap, and a plurality of wire holding holes. and a backing that has a sealing member in each wire holding hole and is removably fitted into the opening of the cap, and each exposed conductor connection portion of the wire that passes through the wire holding hole of the backing and is branch-connected. Since the exposed conductor connection part is insulated and fixed by separately inserting it into the wire receiving hole, all work such as insertion of the connection part into the insulation partition member is done outside the joint cap. Therefore, work can be done quickly, and work errors such as multiple connections in one section can be prevented, and inspections of wire connections and circuit additions can be easily performed. Furthermore, the backing can prevent dust, moisture, etc. from entering into the joint cap.
