本発明は、合成樹脂押出成形用のダィ1に成形口2を穿
談し、合成樹脂の流出量調節用のプレーカプレート3に
径の異なる合成樹脂流出口4を穿談し、合成樹脂押出機
5の押出口6とダィ1との間にプレーカプレート3を挟
持し、ダイ1の成形口2の断面積の大なる部分に小径の
合成樹脂流出口4aを対向させ、断面積の小なる部分に
大径の合成樹脂流出口4bを対向させて成る合成樹脂の
流出量調節装置に係るものであって、その目的とすると
ころは、ダィの成形口を成形品と同一形状することがで

樹脂が出にく〈、断面積の小なる部分より流出した合成
樹脂の断面積がダィの成形口2の断面積の小なる部分よ

押出機5は合成樹脂のべレツトを漸次加熱し、流体化し
て押出口6より外部に押し出すものである。しかして合
成樹脂押出機5の押出口6とダィ1との間にプレーカプ
レート3を挟持し、ダィ1の成形口2の断面積の大なる
部分に小径の合成樹脂流出口4aを対向させ、断面積の
小なる部分に大径の合成樹脂流出口4bを対向させ、ダ
ィ1とプレーカプレート3とで合成樹脂の押出圧力を均
一にする。本発明にあっては、合成樹脂押出機の押出口
とダイとの間にプレーカプレートを挟持し、ダイの成形
口の断面積の大なる部分に小径の合成樹脂流・出口を対
向させ、断面積の4・なる部分に大径の合成樹脂流出口
を対向させてあるので、ダイの成形口の断面積の大なる
部分ではダイにおいては合成樹脂を押し出しやすいがプ
レーカプレートの小径の合成樹脂流出口においては押し
出し難く、逆にダィの断面積の小なる部分ではダィにお
いては合成樹脂を押し出し難いがプレーカプレートの大
径の合成樹脂流出口においては押し出し易く、従ってダ
ィの成形口全体において均一な押し出し圧を得ることが
でき、ダィの成形口を成形品と同一の形状とすることが
でき、従来のように数度の手直しの必要がなく「一度の
加工でダィを完成させることができ、ダィの製作費用の
低減「作業の能率化、設計の簡素化をはかれるという利

Since the large-diameter synthetic resin outlet is placed opposite the 4-diameter cross-sectional area, it is easy to extrude the synthetic resin in the large cross-sectional area of the molding opening of the die, but it is easy to extrude the synthetic resin in the small-diameter portion of the plate. It is difficult to extrude the resin at the resin outlet, and conversely, it is difficult to extrude the synthetic resin at the die where the cross-sectional area of the die is small, but it is easy to extrude at the large diameter synthetic resin outlet of the player plate. Uniform extrusion pressure can be obtained throughout the molding port, and the molding port of the die can be made into the same shape as the molded product. This method has the advantage of reducing die manufacturing costs, streamlining work, and simplifying design.
