In Figure 1, the surface of a thermoplastic material 1 is heated and melted using a nichrome wire (not shown) to concave it to the point indicated by the dotted line 2, which is slightly shallower than a predetermined depth, and to make it rough. Shape A/Example is shown in which a rough concave portion is formed, then a substantially predetermined uneven pattern is engraved using a steel wire brush, a knife, or a combination of these, and then finished with paper to form a precise uneven pattern.

FIG. 3 shows an example of a human figure made of conocrete, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the human figure in a hollow body. FIG. The frame Ba is assembled and concrete 3a is placed in the gap between the shape material Ab and the inner mold C. A human image in which the inner mold C is embedded is obtained. It goes without saying that reinforcement may be placed between the profile Ab and the inner mold C to cast concrete 3a, and expanded metal may be placed instead of reinforcement to cast concrete 3a. may be placed. In addition, when the inner mold C is made of polystyrene foam, it can be heated and melted to form a hollow human figure as shown in Figure 7, and by placing reinforcement in the hollow part and pouring concrete, it can be made into a solid figure. This is a concrete human figure. FIG. 6 shows a method of molding a hollow figure like the one shown in FIG. 6 in one go. That is, a temporary frame Bb to which the shape M forming the inner surface of the hollow figure is attached is framed,
Temporary frame Be to which a shape Ad forming the external shape of a human figure is attached, leaving a gap in the thickness of the concrete poured around its outer periphery.
The steel frame, reinforcing bars,
A reinforcing material such as expanded metal is placed and concrete is poured, and after it hardens, the board frame and shape material are removed to obtain a hollow figure.

First, the steel frame structure 5 is installed on the foundation 4, and the inner temporary frames B and F to which the inner profile members ~ are attached are fixed using the supports 6 attached to the steel frame structure 5, and then reinforced with reinforcing bars, etc. After placing the concrete, fix the outer panel frame Bg with the outer shape material Ah attached with a concrete casting thickness around the outer periphery, and pour 3 ct of concrete from an injection port (not shown), and after the concrete has hardened, the board By removing the frame, the shape material, and the support, a modeled object having an uneven surface formed by the shape material is obtained. 4' in the figure is concrete 3
This is the foundation provided at the bottom of d. In the embodiment described above, the inner frame member Ag is not necessarily necessary, and the frame body, the support, and the inner temporary frame may be left as they are, and only the outer plate frame and the outer frame member may be removed. The method described above can be used in the human figure forming method explained in FIG.

The human figure can be divided horizontally as shown by the dotted lines in Figure 3, vertically as shown by the dotted lines in Figure 7, or divided at arbitrary points where the joints are not noticeable. It is possible to create a human figure by making them in an atelier and assembling them. FIG. 7 shows an example of a method for manufacturing divided pieces in such a case. In other words, the shape material A that forms the external shape of the human figure.
Concrete (3c) is poured in the temporary frame Bd to which e is attached, and the frame Be to which the profile Af forming the inner shape is attached, and after the concrete has hardened, the board frame and the profile are removed to form a human figure. Obtain the divided pieces.

That is, the divided pieces manufactured by the method shown in Fig. 7 are shown in Figs. 9 and 1.
By joining using the method shown in the θ diagram or other known joining methods, it is possible to create objects with irregularities such as human figures and towers. It may be arranged and connected by using a support on the outside of the frame. Modeled objects can be manufactured by assembling and joining divided pieces as described above, but the joined parts of the divided pieces may spoil the image of the model, so it is often preferable to have one piece formed. .

In the modeled object of this invention, as described above, a profiled material having concavities and convexities that form the outer shape of a modeled object such as a human figure is attached to a temporary frame, and the temporary frame is inserted into the temporary frame with a gap equal to the thickness of the hardened raw material. A frame is placed around the outer periphery of the inner mold, and a hardening material is placed in the gap between the shaped material and the inner mold, and the material is cured. Therefore, it is possible to economically produce seamless and beautiful shaped objects. A thermoplastic material such as styrofoam or foamed polyethylene is melted by heating it using a nichrome wire to form a rough depression shallower than a predetermined depth, and then a steel wire brush is applied. If you carve a roughly predetermined uneven pattern by using vapor, etc., and then use it as a shape material by finishing it with vapor to create a precise uneven pattern, it is possible to create a molded object with a precise shape, and the inner mold When is made of Styrofoam,
Not only is it possible to create lightweight objects, but it is also possible to create hollow objects by melting Styrofoam, and the inner mold forms the inner surface of objects such as human figures, which are attached to a temporary frame. When the inner mold is fixed using a support attached to the steel frame structure, it is possible to easily produce a large hollow model. It has the effect of being able to.
