電性薄膜、３：樹脂層、４：樹脂層、５：ヒートシール
性樹脂層。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　合成樹脂フィルムの片面に良導電性の金属または金
    属酸化物の薄膜を設け、そのうえに導電性粉末を含有す
    る樹脂層Ａを設け、前記合成樹脂フィルムの他面に導電
    性粉末を含有する樹脂層Ｂを設けてなり、樹脂層Ｂ上の
    所定部位に導電性粉末を含有するヒートシール性樹脂層
    を設けてなる帯電防止包装袋用フィルム。 ２　樹脂層Ａの表面の表面固有抵抗率が１０８Ω／口以
    下であり、かつ樹脂層Ｂの表面の表面固有抵抗率が１０
    １２Ω／口以下である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のフィルム。 ３　ヒートシート性樹脂層を設けた部位以外は透視可能
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載
    のフィルム。
