Abstract

出を自動的に行うのに好適な内径孔通し検査装置に関す
るものである。

径の収縮または孔詰まりなどによって上記ゲージ棒の送
り負荷が所定値以上に増大したときにそれを検出して上
記グー2棒の挿入を停止させる孔詰まり検知手段とを具
備した構成とした点にある。

5を下降させたとき、第5図に示すように、シート面1
4に円錐状の溝15が密着し、芯合わせ用ガイド5の中
心孔を通って下降してくるゲージ棒11と口金具2aの
貫通孔との芯合わせが自動的に行われる。なお、スプリ
ング7は、口金具2aのシート面14に過電がかからな
いようにするために設けである。

スプリングプランジャ12との相互作用の変化により口
金具付高圧ホース1に孔詰まりなどがあった場合にそれ
を検出することができる。したがって、手作業が不要と
なり、検査の個人差の問題がなくなる。゛〔発明の効果
〕 以上説明したように、本発明によれば、両端口金具付高
圧ホースのゲージ棒を挿入する側の口金具とゲージ棒と
の芯合わせおよびゲージ棒による内径孔通し検査中に高
圧ホースや口金具の内径に収縮などの不具合があったと
きの検知を自動的に行うことができ、口金具を傷めたり
、検査に個人差を生ずることがないという効果がある。

挿入して孔通し検査を行っているときに内径の収縮また
は孔詰まりなどに′よって前記ゲージ棒の送り負荷が所
定値以上に増大したどきにそれを検出して前記ゲージ棒
の挿入を停止させる孔詰まり検知手段とを具備すること
を特徴とする両端口金具付高圧ホースの内径孔通し検査
装置。 2、前記芯金わせ手段は、前記両端口金具付高圧ホース
のゲージ棒挿入側口金具のゲージ棒挿入側端部に設けん
