Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve excellent winding work by interrupting air supply upon dropping of the air pressure in a pressure air supply tube for a pneumatic ending device below setting level. CONSTITUTION:A pressure switch 14 is provided to a pressure air supply tube 19 for pneumatic ending devices 81, 82 to switch between the changeover valves 161, 162 upon dropping of the air pressure in said tube 19 below setting level thus to interrupt air supply and discharge to the outside. Since defective ending due to low pressure air supply is prevented, excellent winding is achieved.

Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention provides an automatic wine goo having a pneumatic yarn splicing device, in which when the air pressure to the yarn splicing device falls below a certain value, the air with decreased pressure is removed and the air pressure decreased. This invention relates to an automatic wine gooter that prevents the occurrence of defective yarn splicing parts as a result of pneumatic yarn splicing.

Pressurized air is supplied from a compressor attached to the wine goo or from a pressure air source installed in the production area so that threads can be spliced automatically when thread breaks occur during normal operation, and abnormal threads can be spliced automatically. When cutting or splicing all spindles, the & machine automatically stops and splices each spindle in sequence, so that the splicing can be performed using sufficient air pressure.

However, the condition of yarn splicing using air pressure varies depending on the type, strength, appearance, diameter, fuzziness, etc. of the yarn even when the air pressure is the same.If the supplied air pressure decreases, the splicing will fail or the yarn splicing will fail even if the splicing is performed. It has the disadvantage of causing thread splicing.

について説明する。
In order to prevent the above-mentioned defective yarn splicing portions from occurring, the present invention is designed to detect a decrease in the pressure of the air supplied to the yarn splicing device due to an increase in the number of yarn splicing weights and fluctuations in the pressure air source. The purpose of this device is to stop the supply of low-pressure air and release the low-pressure air to the outside of the device, and it is used as a pressure switch to supply air to the pressure air supply pipe to the pneumatic piecing device. The embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings will be described in reference to *Q"M', which is characterized in that a switching valve is provided to discharge the air 41 supplied to the yarn splicing device out of the pipe when the air pressure is below a certain value.

The thread splicing operation when the thread is missing is set in advance to repeat a predetermined plurality of cycles, with one rotation of the operating cam (5) as one cycle, and the thread splicing is completed within the set number of cycles. 11. When the yarn splicing cycle is completed, the winding is restarted, and if the yarn splicing is not completed within the set number of times, 'f! r; When the yarn splicing cycle of re-end ends, the yarn running detector (2) detects this.1. It is configured to cause the winding operation to continue in the stop state F for the entire length of time.

Therefore, the upper thread and bobbin thread, which are each suctioned and held, are conveyed to the splicing device (8) and each thread end is cut, *I! In this method, the ends of the twisted yarns are overlapped with each other, and the yarn splicing is performed by injecting pressurized air from a nozzle into the overlapping yarn ends for a short period of time.

The thread splicing operation is performed by rotating the thread as much as possible, but the thread splicing is not completed.
The winding work also stops. The cause of fluctuations in supply air pressure has been removed and there are no pipes! When the air in ll is restored to more than the setting of E, the switch 04tfi is restored to the original state shown by the solid line, magnet switch M2 is opened, alarm lamp L is turned off, and the selector valve (161° 1.6 ), pressurized air is supplied to the splicing device (8t+8*...), making splicing possible and restarting the yarn winding.

In this way, according to the present invention, when the air pressure in the pressure air supply pipe to the pneumatic yarn splicing device W installed in the automatic winder drops below a set value, this is detected by the pressure switch and the switching valve is activated. This prevents low-pressure air from being supplied to the yarn splicing device and releases it outside the device, eliminating the occurrence of defective yarn splicing due to the supply of low-pressure air and ensuring high-quality winding. It has the effect of being able to perform thread work.
