Specifically, it is a cylindrical joining member made of an elastic material, which can be easily joined by simply inserting the reinforced concrete pipes to be joined from both ends and butting them together, and has a high sealing property under any usage conditions. To provide a joint village for reinforced concrete pipes which is effective and can completely prevent damage and falling off of joint parts due to ground subsidence, especially in reinforced concrete pipes used buried underground. The common method for joining substructures, reinforced concrete pipes, etc. is to use a bonding agent such as cement, or to use male and female iron joints formed at the ends of the reinforced concrete pipes.

In addition, the iron joint between the male and female molds had the disadvantage that the joint easily came loose. The inventor of the present invention focused on the fact that the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional joining methods arise from the fact that no consideration was given to the bending of the joint parts, and the inventors of the present invention have determined that the joint parts have a degree of flexibility that can follow ground subsidence. have
It also exhibits a high sealing effect even in a bent state,
The present invention has been completed as a result of extensive research into joint parts that can firmly maintain the joint.

Further, the inner convex portion 5a of the continuously provided reinforcing band 5 and the inner side of the pillow 2 are formed on a straight line. The reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3' are inserted overboard from both ends of the joining member 1, and are joined by butting each other through the projections 4. In this joined state, the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3
A very high sealing effect can be obtained by the tightening force of the protrusion 4 provided on the joining member 1, the pillow 2, and the reinforcing band 5.
In addition, the protrusion 5b' having an arc-shaped cross section in the direction of the ball can be bent or deformed by the force of butting the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3' together, or by an external force when buried in the ground. This prevents the pipe from coming off from between the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3', improves the close contact between the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3' and the protrusion 4, and prevents damage to the center part of the mating member 1 due to bending. Furthermore, the inner and outer peripheries from both sides of the central part of the cylindrical body of the joining member 1 to the pillow have an uneven shape with continuous reinforcing bands, and between the inner protrusions of the continuous reinforcing bands and the pillow. Because it is formed so that the inside is on a straight line, the reinforced concrete pipe 3,
3' can be easily inserted into the bale, and by quickly inserting it, the inner protrusion 5a of the reinforcing band and the reinforced concrete pipe 3,
Since a void 6 is formed on the surface in contact with 3', when pressurized by an external force, the void 6 becomes a vacuum state, and the joint village 1 and the reinforced concrete pipe are firmly attached, resulting in a great sealing effect.

Further, the inner convex portion 5a of the reinforcing band and the reinforced concrete pipe 3,
Since the contact with the outer circumferential surface of 3' is not a surface but a line, the adhesion force is concentrated and the sealing effect is improved.

The shape of the reinforcing band is such that: (1) the reinsertion of the reinforced concrete pipe is easy; ■ the contact surface with the outer surface of the reinforced concrete pipe is linear, so it can maximize the sealing effect of tightening with hoops; t3} By forming the cavity 6, when an external force is applied, it becomes a vacuum state, generates a suction force, and improves the sealing effect. In order to produce effects such as increasing the sealing effect, the axial cross-sectional shape is an arcuate shape with inner and outer circumferences symmetrical. It must have a certain continuous uneven shape.

On the other hand, the outer convex portion 5b of the reinforcing band on the outer circumferential surface of the joining member 1, together with the inner convex portion 5a of the reinforcing band on the inner circumferential surface, enhances the welding force and maintains the balance with the inner convex portion 5a of the reinforcing band. On the other hand, the reinforcing band 6 that joins the reinforced concrete pipes needs to have a certain size in order to produce the desired sealing effect, and is preferably 3 or more in diameter.
Large ones larger than the skin are advantageous. Furthermore, since the joining member of the present invention is used while being buried in the ground, it is subjected to pressure from earth and sand, physical load, and external force due to vibration, so it is desirable that the material is highly elastic and resistant to mechanical strength.

Further, by providing the outer convex portion 5b of the reinforcing band on the outer circumferential surface, earth and sand intrude into the recess and prevent movement of the reinforcing band, thereby strengthening the joint of reinforced concrete and the like.

FIG. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional view in the mari direction showing a bent state of the joint shown in FIG.
As becomes smaller, a part of the joint member 1 is stretched significantly, and the reaction force generated by this stretches both end openings of the joint village 1, resulting in the state shown by the dashed line in the figure, that is, the state before stretching. It works to try to restore the state. The reaction force generated by such bending of the joint portion reduces the adhesion between the joint member 1 and the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3', eliminates the sealing effect, and causes water leakage. Further, the portion facing the stretched portion is compressed, and there is a risk that the protrusion 4 may come off from between the reinforced concrete pipes 3 and 3' due to deformation of the joining member 1 due to this compressive force. However, the joining member 1 according to the present invention is not a simple cylindrical body, but has pillows 2 at both end openings, and reinforcing bands 5 are continuously provided. The sealing effect is strengthened by the inner convex part of the reinforcing band, and at the same time, the protrusion 5b'', which has an arc-shaped cross section in the transverse direction, prevents the joining member from deforming when bent. Even when the sealing force is not reduced, the sealing force is always in close contact with the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3' and firmly holds the reinforced concrete pipes 3, 3'. When the joint member of the present invention is used, the reinforced concrete pipes are tightened in a hoop-like manner in multiple layers by the many reinforcing bands, which not only improves the sealing effect and makes the joint strong, but also reduces the bending of the joint. Since the elongation of the joining member caused by this is absorbed by the gap between the reinforcing bands, both end openings of the joining member are not stretched and the adhesion strength is not reduced.

As the elastic material used for the joining member of the present invention, a wide variety of materials such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and soft synthetic resins can be used, but weather-resistant rubber containing chloroprene rubber as a main component is particularly preferred. The size of the joining member is determined by the size of the reinforced concrete pipes to be joined, but its diameter should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the reinforced concrete pipes,
It is preferable to be able to firmly hold the reinforced concrete pipe o A joint member as shown in Figure 1 is made using a synthetic rubber containing 20% chloroprene rubber, 50% styrene-butadiene rubber, and 30% kudzu rubber. The sealing effect was measured.

The shape of the joining member is a cylindrical body with a cross section in the melting direction at both ends having a diameter of 3 and a part of the cape cut out, an inner diameter of 205, a length of 50 ribs, and a thickness of 15. On the inner and outer peripheries from both sides of the central part to the pillow, a reinforcing band consisting of a continuous uneven shape whose cross-sectional shape in the ball direction is an arc shape approximating a semicircle with a radius of 15 ribs and symmetrical on the inner and outer circumferences is provided. , JISA53
A Hume tube with an inner diameter of 150 mm, a wall thickness of 26 mm, and a length of 200 ribs as specified in 03-1972 was joined. After filling the joined Hume tube with water and sealing both ends, the joint was bent as shown in FIG. ~1
No water leakage occurred within the range of 300. Furthermore, the protrusion is 26 mm high and 5 mm wide. As explained above, by using the joint village according to the present invention, water leakage from the joint due to ground subsidence can be completely prevented, and continuous use for a long period of time is possible.
