Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an injection molding machine which enables a double-layer molding simultaneously with one mold cavity by arranging a resin injection nozzle in a double construction, inner and outer, while the inner nozzle is movable forward and backward and a valve is provided to stop the injection from the inner nozzle. CONSTITUTION:The tip of an inner nozzle 13 is made movable forward and backward with respect to an outer nozzle while a valve rod 14 is provided to stop injection closing a nozzle hole 10 of the inner nozzle 13. であり、12は第2加熱筒7内の溶融樹脂をノズル本体
内孔10aに連通ずる第2樹脂通路である。13はノズ
ル本体1oのノズル本体内孔10aに移動可能に押岸し
た内部ノズルである。14は内部ノズル13の先端孔1
3aを開閉するための弁棒であり、内部ノズル13の中
心部を貫通している。15は内部ノズル13の内孔1B
