    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. タンク内に収容した水をヒータで沸点近くにまで加熱し
    て湯に沸き上げて保温するものにおいて、上記タンクの
    上端部分からその上方に向けて、その区間の各部が垂直
    ないしは上方に傾斜する状態の蒸気逃がし路を形成し、
    この逃がし路を通してタンク内の蒸気を外部に逃がすよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする湯沸かし保温ポット。
