[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is designed to locally bend resin pipes with high heat resistance properties, which cannot be bent unless the pipe surface temperature reaches 100°C or higher, when heating and bending resin pipes for cable wiring. The object of the present invention is to provide a simple and inexpensive heating bending device that can easily perform heating bending without causing curved bending.

ケーブル通線用の樹脂パイプとしては従来から普通には
塩化ビニールパイプが使用せられる。
Conventionally, vinyl chloride pipes have been commonly used as resin pipes for cable wiring.

Conventional vinyl chloride pipes can be easily bent to a good radius by inserting a heater inside the pipe and heating it until the surface temperature of the pipe reaches around 90℃, then removing the heater and applying external force to bend it.
It was possible to bend it into a shape.

However, vinyl chloride pipes have also become more heat resistant and can no longer be bent unless the surface temperature reaches 100℃ or higher, making it difficult to use conventional heating bending for such highly heat-resistant vinyl chloride pipes. When this was done, a '/V'AJ-shaped deformation bend occurred locally in a part of the pipe, especially in the arcuate curved concave portion of the pipe, which seriously hindered cable routing.

In view of this situation, the present invention has devised an apparatus that can easily and effectively heat and bend resin pipes with high heat resistance.

In the present invention, a metal disk such as a stainless steel plate or an aluminum plate is compressed to form a disk ring 2 having a short sliding surface 1 on the periphery, and the disk ring 2 is placed at an equal position on the plate surface of the disk ring 2. Two or several insertion holes 4 for passing the connecting string 3 are provided at symmetrical positions on the same circumference as shown in FIG. 2, or one hole 4 is provided in the center of the disc ring 2 as shown in FIG. A number of connecting string insertion holes 4 are provided,
The number W of disc rings 2 formed in this manner are sequentially connected by inserting connecting strings 3, and at the time of connection, a collar 5 made of synthetic resin or the like of equal length is placed between the rings 2. Each ring 2.2.2 is loosely inserted into the connecting string 3, and the front and rear rings 2, 2 are held at equal intervals with an equal distance of 6°6, and also connected.
. . . can be freely bent by bending the connecting string 3, or can be freely inserted into and pulled out from the PVC pipe.

In that case, if the resin pipe 9 is a short one of 19 to 2 m, a single connecting ring as shown in the second diagram may be used, but if the resin pipe 9 is a long one of 4771 to 5 meters. As shown in the fourth figure, two units of connecting rings are used by connecting them with a connecting piece 10.

The resin pipe can be heated to 100℃ by heating about 1 powder with a heater.
At this time, the heater is pulled out, and the connecting ring device of the present invention is inserted, and while it remains inserted, an external force is applied to the resin pipe to bend it. Local deformation defects such as these do not occur at all.

In addition, by using this device, it is possible to heat and bend the highly heat-resistant resin pipes that have been adopted in recent years easily and successfully without bending due to local deformation, thereby eliminating the problem of cable wiring, which has a great practical effect on electrical work. This is a big idea.
