DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a method for overlapping unit sheets in which variable information is continuously printed out on at least two or more unit sheets with separation between each set, and then combining the unit sheets. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a assembled sheet-type envelope in which a tape is adhered in a sealed manner along the side surface of the sheet.

Conventionally, in order to manufacture assembled sheet-type envelopes, a sheet is made into an unfolded envelope shape, and then adhesive is applied to the desired area around the sheet and this is pasted onto the envelope while being folded, or the sheet is usually glued to the desired area in advance. An envelope-like structure was constructed by applying an adhesive that would never be used, and then folding the envelope when necessary and applying adhesive conditions to the adhesive to adhere the envelope.

However, such a method not only requires a considerable amount of sheet area (glue allowance) for folding on the sheet side, but also has the inconvenience of having to change the position of the glue allowance depending on the size and shape of the envelope. It was a huge amount. In addition, in the conventional example, the number of unit sheets is, for example, 3 or 4 regardless of the amount of information.
As a result, the number of unit sheets cannot be increased or decreased, which is extremely inconvenient.

This is especially important in recent years when printing out the variable Oki Blueprint using a computer printer and then transmitting this information by enclosing the printed silk sheet in a ready-made envelope. If this is done, there will be the inconvenience that it will take time and effort to encapsulate, and that errors may occur due to encapsulation. In addition, in the conventional example described above, applying adhesive to the sheet to be printed in advance is a problem because the adhesive changes at that point when the printing method requires heating or chemical solution, such as xerography method. This invention solves the drawbacks of the conventional example, and the present invention is based on a unit sheet consisting of several sheets printed out consecutively regardless of the type of printer.
The present invention has developed a method for manufacturing a silk sheet type envelope obtained by sealing a set of rough sheets into an envelope shape with a tape attached to the side surface.Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of this invention will be described with reference to an illustrated embodiment. .

In Fig. 1, 1 is a continuous sheet consisting of consecutive unit sheets la, and the output device of the computer is used to collect address information, classification information, and request information so that at least two or more unit sheets form one set. Silk sheet 2 is a unit sheet in which address information and classification information are printed out, and a unit sheet in which contact information or report information necessary for communication such as billing information is printed out. This sheet set 2 is made up of a plurality of sheets including one or more sheets, and this set sheet 2 is made by cutting the unit sheet la from the continuous sheet 1 at the perforation line lb and stacking it, and the surface of this stacked thin sheet has address information. A certain unit sheet la is pupil.

In the above, the structure of the rough sheet 2 is such that, as shown in FIG. 2, for example, the continuous sheet 1 is placed opposite to the sorting drum 3, and the unit sheet la is cut from the continuous sheet 1 along the perforation line lb using the cutting roller 4. Then, the sorting drum 3 is rotated within the sorting range using a control signal obtained for each sorting mark (sorting information) lc, and thereby the rough sheets 2, which have been sorted and set to an unspecified number, are transferred to the organizer 6 of the feeder 5. Next, the paper sheet 2 on the feeder 5 is passed through a glue or water applicator 6 to apply glue or water to both the upper and lower sides of the left and right sides of the coarse sheet 2, and the next stage tape application unit 7 applies glue or water to the glued sides. Paste tape 8 across the top.

As shown in FIG. 3, the tape 8 has a width and length that allows the left and right edges of the assembled sheet 2 to be sealed over the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated unit sheets la with an adhesive 8a, and a sewing machine for opening the tape is provided in the center of the tape. Eye 8' is bored out.

The silk sheet 2 with the tape 8 pasted on the left and right sides by the next folding guide 9 goes through the next step, changing the direction of transport and passing the same glue or water applicator 10 as described above to form the above-mentioned other parts of the assembled sheet 2. Glue or water is applied to the sides in the same manner as described above, and the tape 11 is pasted as a seal at the next tape pasting section 12.

In addition, 13 in the next stage indicates a tape folding guide for pressing this tape 11 to the adhering side of the paper sheet 2, and 14 and 15 indicate the positioning of the vertical sheet 2 to be transferred to the tape attachment parts 7 and 12. This is a sensor such as a phototube for detection. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of the tapes 8 and 11. On the inside of these tapes, an adhesive 8a that sticks under moisture, heat, pressure, etc. is applied to the entire surface or both areas. 12
In the case where the adhesive is applied to the assembled sheet 2 side, the application of the adhesive to the tapes 8 and 11 side can be omitted.

Note that 18 indicates a tape adhesion guide, and 19 indicates a tape cutter. The embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is for the case where the silk sheet 2 is further folded in half from the central fold line 2a, 20 is a folding guide, and in this case, the tape is attached on three sides of the assembled sheet. That's fine.

Furthermore, in the above example in which the rough sheets 2 are folded together, for example, each of the unit sheets la in the front and back relation may not be made into a single piece, but may be made into a set sheet in which they are folded together at the perforation line lb, or a set sheet may be formed by folding them together at the perforations lb. - The sheet 1 may be made wide and a plurality of unit sheets la are provided in parallel and transported, and the sheets being transported may be folded left and right to form each set of rope sheets.

In addition, in the above, fixed information such as advertising information and billing quota other than the variable information such as address information and billing information on the unit sheet la may be printed out at the same time as the variable information.
Alternatively, after printing out the variable information, the information may be printed by a printing device that prints the information according to the classification mark lc. The manufacturing method of the present invention is as described above, and since the production of envelopes made by sealing frame sheets involves making the unit sheets themselves into envelopes using tape attached to the peripheral edges of the assembled sheets, continuous Regardless of the amount of variable information printed out, it is possible to freely configure the rope sheet as any number of sheets, and the size of the unit sheet that fits within the silk sheet can be adjusted by applying tape around the periphery to the upper and lower surfaces of the rough sheet. As long as it is within the allowable range, it may be appropriate, and for example, even though the stacking of the stacked sheets may be slightly inaccurate, it is easy to make a tape-filled envelope, and the parenthesis envelope can be used as an addressed envelope.

Therefore, with this method, the work efficiency of envelope manufacturing can be significantly improved, and it is possible to eliminate defects and waste of manufactured envelopes. In addition, envelopes can be easily opened using the perforations provided in the tape, and since the set sheet side does not necessarily have opening perforations, it is extremely easy to open the envelopes. If so, the rough sheet can be opened into a book-like spread.

Furthermore, if the adhesive tape is a tape that does not have adhesive in the center, the contents of the chick sheet can be taken out by opening only one side, and if necessary, envelopes can be manufactured with one side opened by applying the tape. Since this can be done by omitting one location, envelopes with additional inserts can be easily manufactured using the above-mentioned assembled sheet.

Thus, according to the present invention, since no adhesive is required in the printout process, there is no need to select the type of printer when printing on continuous sheets, so that the versatility of existing printers can be further increased.
