In the conventional folded plate roof mounting structure of this type, as shown in FIG.
Then, a rod-shaped fixture 2 with bolt parts 2b formed at the upper and lower ends is welded, and the bolt part 2b of the fixture 2 is inserted into the insertion hole 4 drilled in the girder 3. The roof bracket 1 is mounted on the upper wall of the girder 3 by screwing the nut 5, and the groove bolt portion 2a is passed through the folded plate roof 6, and the nut 7 is attached to the groove bolt portion 2a. Usually, the folded plate roof 6 is attached by screwing.

However, the roof bracket 1 is simply a single fixture 2 that connects the girder 3.
Because it is attached to the roof, it is easily rotated around the fixing device 2 unexpectedly, and this also causes the nuts 5 to loosen, making it difficult to keep the folded plate roof 6 in a stable state. There is.

Further, since the troublesome work of bringing the nut 5 into the girder 3 and screwing it onto the bolt portion 2b of the fixture 2 is required, work efficiency is also reduced.

In addition, in order to prevent the roof bracket 1 from rotating, the roof bracket 1 may be attached to the girder 3 using another fixing device in addition to the fixing device 2, or it may be directly welded to the girder 3. Although this has been done, the former method is extremely unsuitable in terms of work and number of parts, and the latter method is undesirable because girders and the like are painted, and the workability is also poor.

Further, in the middle portion of the upper wall 18 of each girder 16 in the left-right direction, there is an insertion hole 23 in the shape of an elongated rectangle located near the rear wall 20 and extending in the left-right direction, and a center portion of the insertion hole 23 in the left-right direction. A suitable number of insertion holes 24 for fixing devices are bored in the front position facing directly to the upper wall 18, and the left and right ends of the upper wall 18 are provided with holes 24 in the left and right directions of the insertion holes 23 and the insertion holes 24. Insertion hole configuration notches 23a and 23b and the insertion hole 2 are positioned on an extension line and form half of the insertion hole 23, respectively.
4, and when the two girders 16 and 16 are joined as described above, the insertion hole construction notches 23a, 23b and 24b, which are joined together, are formed. Notches 24a and 24b for through hole configuration
Thus, the same insertion hole and insertion hole as the insertion hole 23 and insertion hole 24 in the center are formed.

Therefore, the roof bracket 48 can be easily and stably attached to the earthen wall 18 of the girder 16 with only one fixing device 53, and from this, the folded plate roof 47 can be attached extremely stably while increasing work efficiency. It is carried out in a state of

Furthermore, the roof bracket 48 includes a support wall 49, a roof bracket 50,
The main body consisting of the support piece 51 and the attachment piece 52 are constructed separately, and the vertical distance between the support piece 51 and the attachment piece 52 can be changed, so that the earth wall of the girder to which it is to be attached can be changed. Even if there is a difference in the thickness of the roof bracket 48,
It is convenient because it can always be properly installed.

The shape of the support wall 49 of the roof bracket 48 is also arbitrary, but if it is shaped so that it can fit into the peak 47a of the folded plate roof 47 as described above, the fitting action of both 47a and 49 will cause This is advantageous because the state in which the folded plate roof 47 is attached to the roof bracket 48 is made more stable, and the roof bracket 48 also functions as a so-called side door.

In the above embodiment, in order to insert the fixture 53 from above the roof support piece 50 of the roof support metal fitting 48, a hexagonal insertion hole 50a through which the operating portion 53c can be inserted is bored in the roof support piece 50. However, it is sufficient to simply make a circular hole in the roof support piece 50 to allow the upper end portion of the fixture 53 to be inserted therethrough.

Furthermore, the fixing tool 53 does not have both a groove bolt portion 53a for attaching a folded plate roof and a bolt portion 53b for attaching a roof bracket, but is simply a regular bolt for attaching a roof bracket. In this case,
A tip bolt corresponding to the groove bolt portion 53a is fixed to the roof support piece 50 by caulking, welding, etc. in a state that it projects upward.

As can be easily understood from the above explanation, according to the folded plate roof mounting structure of the present invention, the mounting piece of the roof bracket can be attached to the upper wall of the girder through the elongated engagement hole drilled in the support piece. The nut is inserted by inserting it into an insertion hole that has approximately the same shape as the engagement hole to be drilled, and then screwing one fixture from outside the girder onto the threaded part formed in the mounting part of the mounting piece. To extremely simply attach a roof bracket to the earthen wall of a girder while improving workability, without requiring any troublesome work such as bringing a bolt into an ellipse and screwing a bolt thereon, or welding work.

Moreover, even though it is mounted using only one fixture, the engaging portion of the mounting piece is engaged with the engaging hole and the insertion hole, and the supporting piece is attached to the earth wall of the girder. Because it rests on top, the roof bracket is stably attached to the girder without it being accidentally rotated or tilted around the fixture.

Furthermore, since the mounting piece is made separate and the vertical distance between it and the support piece can be changed, the roof bracket can always be properly attached to girders of different thickness while still achieving the above effects. , its practical value is extremely high.
