Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a head thinner in shape and prevent a leaf spring from being deformed by external forces, by a construction wherein free ends and fixed ends of leaf springs are arranged in a lateral row, and a fixing means is provided between a yoke for one of the springs and a yoke for the next spring. CONSTITUTION:The yoke 2, a leaf spring member 10 and a clamp plate 6 are sequentially laminated on each other so that the free ends 1a of the leaf springs 1, 1 are faced to projected parts 2a, 2a of the yoke 2, fitting holes 12, 12 of the leaf spring member 10 are faced to fitting holes 13 of the fixing means 5, 5, openings 14, 14 of the clamp plate 6 are faced to the free ends 1a of the springs 1, 1, and fitting holes 15, 15 of the plate 6 are faced to the fitting holes 12, 12 of the spring member 10. Then, the yoke 2, the spring member 10 and the plate 6 are integrated to each other by engaging fitting members 7, 7 such as screws into the fitting holes 15, 12, 13. Accordingly, the printing head can be made to be thin in shape, the leaf springs are prevented from being deformed by external forces, and printing quality can be enhanced.

BACKGROUND ART A conventional print head for a line printer was as shown in FIG. In Figure 1, 1 is a leaf spring, 2 is a permanent magnet,
3 is a yoke, and 4 is a degaussing coil. A fixed end 1b of the leaf spring 1 is fixed to a fixture 5 fixed to a yoke 3 with a screw 7 via a clamp plate 6. The free end of the leaf spring 1 is attracted and bent by the permanent magnet 2. During printing, the attraction force of the permanent magnet 2 is canceled by the degaussing coil 4, and the strain energy of the leaf spring 1 is used to bend the leaf spring 1 at the free end. It is printed using a hammer bin 8.

However, in the conventional type, the height of the print head corresponds to the length of the leaf spring 1, resulting in a large height and a disadvantage that it is not suitable for a thin print head. In addition, the leaf spring 1 has a common fixed end 1b, and a plurality of leaf springs 1, 1 are protruded from the longitudinal side surface of the plate, and since the leaf springs 1 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction, the free end 1a is the printed surface. It was easy to be deformed by external force in the direction, and the printing quality deteriorated when the surface was flushed.

According to the present invention, the leaf spring can be formed horizontally, the head height can be lowered, and the head can be made thinner. Further, the leaf spring can be made by punching, and the leaf spring can be formed so as to be surrounded by a common fixed end, which makes it difficult to deform due to external force and improves printing quality.

In FIG. 2.3, the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. The novel point is that the leaf spring 1 is formed from a band-shaped leaf spring member 10, and a plurality of leaf springs 1, 1, . . . are arranged in a horizontal row. Free ends la, la and fixed end 1b of leaf springs 1,1.

The free ends l of the leaf springs 1, 1 are attached to the protruding parts 2a, 2a of the yoke 2.
A and la are facing each other, and the fixing devices 5 and 5 are installed through holes 13.1.
3, the plate spring member 10 is mounted so that the holes 12 and 12 face each other, and the openings 14 and 14 of the clamp plate 6 are made to face the free ends 1a and 1a of the leaf springs 1 and 1, and the plate spring member 1° is mounted so that the holes 12 and 12 face each other. To install the clamp plate 6 in the holes 12.12, make the holes 15.15 face each other, and sequentially overlap the yoke 2, the leaf spring member 1o, and the clamp plate 6, and install the members 7, 7, for example, screws, etc. It is inserted into the holes 15.12.13 and assembled together.

According to the print head of the present invention, since the plurality of tabs of the leaf springs 1, 1 are arranged in a horizontal line, the vertical dimension (height) is reduced and the print head can be formed thin. leaf spring 1,
1 from the leaf spring member 1o, since the leaf springs 1, 1 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring member 1o, the punched portions 11 are formed around the fixed ends 1b, 1b of the leaf springs 1, 1. , 11, and the punched portion 11.
A portion of the leaf spring part 1'lO can be left around the leaf spring member 11, thereby minimizing the amount of the punched parts 11, 11, and making effective use of the leaf spring member 10.
