Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トランクルーム内に、スペアタイヤを横置きと縦置きと
    に選択的に格納できるようにした自動車において、 シートバックの後側に、車室とトランクルームとを仕切
    る仕切りパネルが配置されて、該仕切りパネルは、水平
    状のパッケージトレイ部、及びその縦壁部に形成されて
    前記車室と前記トランクルームとを連通ずる開口部を有
    し、 前記仕切りパネルの前記開口部上縁部には、ストッパ部
    材が回動自在に取付けられて、該ストッパ部材は、前記
    パッケージトレイ部の裏面側に収納される収納位置と前
    記開口部の上側開口縁よりも下方に突出する突出位置と
    をとり得るようにされ、 前記ストッパ部材は、前記突出位置にあるときに、縦置
    きに格納されるスペアタイヤの上部に当接して該スペア
    タイヤの前記シートバック側への動きを阻止する、 ことを特徴とする自動車のスペアタイヤ格納装置。
