1-4f 1885, Utility Model Publication No. 52-8865, Utility Model Publication No. 52-8866, etc., are footboards or sideboards disclosed, but all of these are lattice-shaped boards that combine narrow crosspieces. Because the top surface is flat and the lattice is directional, the anti-slip effect is weakened in the direction of the lattice, and it easily gets clogged. This requires welding at multiple locations, which is extremely time-consuming.

The step board 1 shown in FIG. 1 can be used alone, but in this case, a plurality of steps are used as a unit to create a wider platform. The structure of the present invention is applied to the formation of the tread surface 2 of such a unit body. The illustrated unit 1 has a shallow box shape with front and rear walls β, 4 and both side walls 5, 6.
さて、踏iitjgは次のように製造される。Now, the tread iitjg is manufactured as follows.

At the same time, the 1 degree cut is pushed open from below to the top to become a ridged hole 14 which is turned up in a lobe shape, and the cut 11 is pushed open from above to the bottom to become an orally shaped valley hole 15. These mouths,
The shape of the rib-shaped openings 14, 15 is detailed in FIG.

It is preferable to arrange a small protrusion 16 on the upper edge of the ridge hole 14 on the upper surface of the ridge hole 15 in particular for the effect of preventing slipping.
The notches 10 along the line are formed in a gentle sawtooth shape as shown in FIG.

It can be manufactured at low cost.

It protrudes from the top of the ridge 'i2 formed by this process, further enhancing the anti-slip effect.

In addition, since the ridges and valleys are formed with a tendency toward compression, stress is appropriately dispersed and bending resistance is high.
