Abstract

PURPOSE:To get rid of gas layer parts in the inside of main body casing and to make gas-liquid contact areas small by maintaining the tips of stirring blades which are fitted in opposition to two rotating shafts at a slight clearance between the tips and the inner wall of said main body casing. CONSTITUTION:Two rotating shafts 16 are parallel arranged to the inside of an ellipse cylindrical main body casing 15 wherein an inlet nozzle 18 is provided at one end side and an outlet nozzle 19 is provided at the other side. Plural stirring blades 17 are opposited and fitted while shifting the phase at 90 deg. wherein scraping blades 22 are fitted to the tips of blades 17 in the shaft direction of said rotating shafts 16 and at a slight clearance between the tips and the inner wall of main body casing is maintained. Also, rotating partition boards 21 wherein plural liquid through-holes are provided to the opposite position of two rotating shafts 16 are fitted mutually and adjacently with the slight clearance between said board 21 and the inner wall of main body casing. 第3図、第4図に示す如く1本体ケーシング4内に平行
に設けた2本の回転軸6,6に複数個の円板5を交互に
配置した2軸円ifi型攪拌装置、あるいは、第5図、
第6図に示す如く、本体ケーシング7内に平行に設けた
2本の回転軸8,8に、先端にかき取り翼10を設けた
8字型の環状攪拌翼9を相互に対称に、かつ、90度位
相をずらして配置した横型2軸攪拌装置が用いら1.て
いるが、これらの装置はt)ずれも気−液接触面積を大
きくすることを目的としたもので、特に第5図、第6図
に示した横型2軸攪拌装置では、環状攪拌翼9により、
気相部において高粘度物質の膜を形成し、表面更新作用
を活発にすることで気−液接触面積を大きクシ、液中に
おいては、入口側から出口側への高粘度物質の流動を妨
げないようになっている。また、本体ケーシング7内壁
に複数段のせき板(図示せず)を固定して混合特性の向
上を図っているが、せき根付近の高粘度物質は攪拌され
難(、異常滞留部となり易い。これを解決するため、攪
拌翼をせき板に近接して取付けると、熱や外力により攪
拌翼が変形して、せき板に接触するという問題がある。

液接触面積が小さく、十分な滞留時間を持たせることか

得るようにしたものであるO〔発明の実施例〕 以下、本発明の一実施例を第9図〜11図曇こより説明
する。15は楕円筒状の本体ケーシング、16゜16は
本体ケーシング15内に平行に配置され軸受20゜加で
支持された回転軸、17は先端にかき取り翼22を取付
け1本体ケーシング15内壁と僅少な間隙を設けて回転
軸16.16の軸方向に複数個対向して固着された攪拌
翼で、各攪拌翼17は相互・こ90度位相をずらして取
付けられている。18および19は本体ケーシング15

質のシw−トパスならびにバックミキシングを防止する
ことができると共に、十分な滞留時間をもたせることが
できる。
