Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a gas burner from backfiring by a structure wherein the taking-in of the cooling air for the burner is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:A nearly L-shaped partition plate 10 is provided between a burner 9 and a fan 6 so as to form an opening to the fan 6 with one end of the plate 10 and a fan case 15 and to closely contact the other end of the plate 10 with the underside of a combustion chamber 12 and to form openings 11 on both sides of the partition plate 10. Because the partition plate 10 eliminates the contact of combustion gas with the exposed bottom part of the burner 9, no overheating of the burner occurs. Simultaneously, because the air inflowing through the openings 11 on both ends of the partition plate 10 cools the burner 9, the temperature of the burner 9 is prevented from rising. Consequently, the entering of combustion flame in a burner or so-called backfiring can be prevented from occurring.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the hot air fan of the present invention has an air blower installed in a main body case in which the opening at the bottom of the 01J surface is the hot air outlet and the rear opening is the indoor air intake port. It is installed facing the outlet, and has a burner and combustion chamber above the blower.
A passage is provided around the combustion chamber to communicate with the suction port, a partition plate is provided in the space between the blower and the burner, and openings are provided at both ends of the partition plate, and the suction force of the blower is transmitted through the opening. The cooling air for the burner is taken in by this, and is made to pass around the entire bottom of the burner.

During operation, indoor air is sucked in from the suction port 5 by the fan 6 and flows in as shown by the arrow in FIG. That is, the combustion gas combusted in the burner 9 is drawn from the combustion chamber 12 by the fan 6, passes through the combustion gas passage 16, mixes with indoor air drawn from other passages in the fan case 15, and is discharged [
It is released into the room from 212 to heat the room. At this time, the combustion gas passage 16 side is separated from the burner 9 by the partition plate 10.
The combustion gas does not come into direct contact with the exposed bottom surface of the fan 6, but is drawn into the openings 1 provided at both ends of the partition plate 10.
The air flowing in from the suction port 5 from the second part 11 is sucked by the fan 6, cools the bottom exposed part of the burner 9, passes through the fan case 15, is mixed with the combustion gas, and is discharged into the room from the discharge port 2. It is something that

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, backfire can be prevented by cooling the burner, thereby preventing dangers such as fire and gas leakage due to backfire, generation of carbon oxide, and damage to the hot air fan due to overheating of the burner. The improvement in safety is extremely high.
